Ne fonctionne pas et service client inexistant. A fuir !

In short, this app does not work. Installation is complicated and has two layers of applications, the second layer is called Flux which could be a more efficient and manageable feed collector.

Aucune aide - j'ai écrit au service client plusieurs fois - 0 retour ! Franchement un service déplorable ! une apli installée qui sert à rien et chez Cdiscount on met dit de voir avec l'appli. On veut faire du français ben c'est pas une réussite

L'interface de feed.biz n'est pas trop friendly et intuitive. La navigation n'est pas évidente et il n'est pas facile de publier les offres (pas comme sur la video en tout cas). Cependant, l'équipe de support est là pour aider. J'ai eu Kamel au support qui m'a énormément aidé à résoudre les problèmes et qui a bien expliqué où chercher les erreurs. Mais meme avec des aides le logiciel simplement ne marche pas comme il faut, vraiment mauvais logiciel en comparant avec d'autres API, je supprime mon compte et recherche de nouvelles solutions. Essayer de le faire marcher n'est qu'une perte de temps

Works perfect, to integrate c-discount to shopify. But the best is the support. Very fast and resolutive

How do i remove the app from my store? the integration is very fragmented with the need for multiple accounts on separate platforms.

I tried this app but couldn't connect to Cdiscount API and I sent many emails to the support email info.marketplace@cdiscount.com, but no joys as nobody responded since last year!!!!

Excellent Support, font du mieux qu'ils peuvent malgre les limitations que Cdiscount leurs donnent, tres bonne aide.

Bonne application et surtout bon suivi par l'équipe pour l'intégration. Bon service client globalement.

TOP , service client réactif application gratuite par rapport à d'autre qui facture quelque centaine d'euros par mois

L'appli fonctionne parfaitement après l'intervention du service client qui a su prendre le temps de régler tous les problèmes

As I read Kamel is the savior of most of us, and in my case he saved the day as well. Thanks for the help. It took some time to get the answer but it worked. For most of you if the app ask you the URL it must follow the following structure: https://app.cdiscountflux.com/application/connector?shop=(name of the shop).myshopify.com

***WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS ENGLISH!*** Not user friendly at all, very confusing to set up, especially if you are not french and have to translate each page using a button at the top, have not yet been able to set it up, shipping template hardly any customisation. We found the linking between shopify and Cdiscount is hard to establish. All contact forms require way too many fields to be filled out, not to mention the never ending fields for signing up (they are ultra sensitive). Support is minimal. ***UPDATE*** We finally managed to set our account up but still have the same issues, it has come to a point where CDiscount has become more of a problem than its worth doing. Have tried to have a phone call, poor English support. 95% of every CDiscount page you have to rely on your browser to manually translate. I have never experienced a more confusing API link tool. When using the linking app they have not even thought of translating the drop down menus so you have to know their entire catalogue categories in French. Why a company would ever think about rolling out software like this, when its completely non user friendly and UN-usable! Good luck to anyone who is English and attempting to getting support! I am trying to leave CDiscount and delete my products, they cant even get this right as its completely not working either. I genuinely cannot advise anyone who is English to avoid this marketplace anymore! Please listen and do not waste your time with this company.

Hello, Could someone help me ? Quelqu'un peut il m'aider ? Je n'obtiens aucune réponse pertinente liée a mon problème : Impossible de trouver l'URL à copier afin d'effectuer le transfert de mes produits qui sont sur Shopify vers Cdiscount. J'ai envoyé de nombreux emails et la réponse à été de m'orienter vers un Tuto, que j'ai déjà vu et qui match avec Prestashop ( et non Shopify ) pour capturer l'URL. Dans l'attente. Bien à vous.

Service client , tres réactif , l'integration de mes produits sur la marketplace Cdiscount a ete plutôt simple je recommande cette application

Très bon support ! Kamel a été d'une grande aide pour résoudre nos problèmes. L'intégration de nos produits est en cours.
