Hi Maitry, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to kindly clarify that certain Checkout Extensibility features on Shopify are currently limited to merchants on the Plus plan, which is a platform-wide restriction by Shopify—not specific to our app. This is explained both in the Plans section of our app listing and during the onboarding process. We understand how this might be frustrating and would appreciate the opportunity to support you further. If there’s anything else we can do to assist or improve your experience, please let us know. We'd be grateful if you would consider revisiting your rating based on this information. Thank you again, and we’re here to help anytime. Kind regards, Checkout Extensions Pro Team
