Honestly, this app has worked well. It's reasonably easy to understand without assistance, but the help documentation and the customer support has been easy to use and quick to assist when I ran into issues.

It's been a great tool for our business to manage appointment bookings and has made life so much easier for us! Customer service is always fast and responsive and genuinely helpful. Today Judy helped me out but others have been equally helpful! There are some enhancements that would make it more user friendly, but I find they are always updating with new features and always try to help find a solution.
i like the setup still learning it sometimes i wish i could just talk with the ai and have it do things but some of the things i ask may be complicated so we try lol.
We had an issue with one of our services not showing all slots. When we contacted support, Judy did an amazing job of solving our issue within minutes. This was great, given our problem was time sensitive and we needed to solve asap. Great job Judy! Would definitely recommend this app!
Moises was an amazingly helpful customer support human! I've been able to set up my services for private watercolor lessons and though I don't have any bookings yet, this app will make all of that so so much easier! Each part of the booking page, calendar, email reminders, and so on was very easy to customize to my liking.

The booking services are pretty great! We ran into some issues with some limitations that made it difficult for us to have exactly what we need added to our website. But the chat customer service system is great to have, and they have added functions that have helped us customize most of the things we need!
Great app and Judy from custommer support was very helpful. love that you can test all functions on the free tier, including 5 monthly bookings up to $50.

The best app of this style that I tried from the store. Many other apps lack customisation e.g for the look and feel, or are much more clunky to implement. This app is clearly laid out and gives many options for different styles of events. Support is top notch and very responsive and friendly. I also love the pricing structure, there is no features locked behind higher tiers.
It's a little difficult to figure out how to get it on my site, but Sofia was super helpful and was able to get it working for me. So nice to have a human to actually talk to about the issues. I would also love the option to edit fonts/ backgrounds within the widget, but overall im pleased so far with installing it. much easier than other aps i have been trying that are cheaper... you get what you pay for!!!
So far, this app is a better choice than any others I tried. The menu is very simple to use and the team is on the spot to answer my stupid questions

Theo was incredibly helpful and gave great guidance to help me fix the issues I was encountering. I am not techy at all, and I was struggling with trying to set up another app (and failing day after day) before giving COWLENDAR a shot. I am so relieved to find an app that works the way that I need it to.

Judy was the most patient, helpful support person I have had the pleasure of seeking help from! Went the extra mile and answered every one of my questions with grace. When I did not get it she explained thoroughly and ensured I received all the help needed. She is a star!!

For someone who is not technically minded, Judy and Sofia held my hand and walked me through the whole process. I had many questions to ask before signing up and a real person answered them, that is 100 Brownie points to start with> During my uncertain first opening of the pages, to my confident we did it together celebration, the girls walked me through this like I was a pro! Thank you so much, now we are onto using your programme - you will hear from me as I will have questions lol, just not today :-) And SOFIA has helped me again today, a couple of weeks done the track. The software makes intuitive sense and has all the features I need to run a service based business. When I needed help to figure things out, Sophia gave me great answers (with follow up screenshot diagrams I could follow!). When we could not determine why one issue kept happening, she logged in as a collaborator, found the User error (yes mine!) and gave me the directions to fix it! This software looks good, is easy to set up, and ACTUALLY has great support! KUDOS!!!
The support has been quick and consistent. I'm not very tech savvy and the human (as opposed to bot) support has been very welcome
Different types of booking are available and suited for every service. Configurations and customizations are intuitive, and live support is readily available to help you throughout the app.
Before even going live with their app on my site, the COWlendar support team has been a great help! Today, Judy fixed my image widget problem within minutes after I reached out over something completely different. And in the past, several of their support members have answered my technical and logistical questions with several links and helpful hints. Truly a great team to work with so far :)

De support is geweldig en de app heeft ontzettend veel uitgebreide mogelijkheden. Alles rondom boekingen en verhuur is mogelijk binnen deze app. Twijfel dus niet en probeer het gewoon eens! Kom je er toch niet helemaal uit? Geen probleem! Er zit een live supportchat geïntegreerd in de app, waardoor je snel en goed geholpen wordt. Nogmaals: echt een geweldige app! Zeker een aanrader!

I’ve really enjoyed using Cowlendar so far. I needed a booking system that worked directly with my Shopify website without making the booking process complicated for my customers, and it has been a great fit. I love how customizable it is and how many different types of appointments and events I can manage through one app. It’s made adding bookings to my new website much easier, and their customer support has also been very helpful whenever I’ve had a question. Definitely recommend it for anyone needing a flexible booking system for Shopify.
