DRINKS ASSURE

Onboarding and implementation is easy, and the Assure app is reliable without failing or timing out like some other compliance solutions do. The app handles everything from age verification to tax compliance, shipping compliance (including dry/wet areas) to customer and order volume limits. The DRINKS team is responsive and helpful with unique use cases. Our business has benefitted from real-time tax and compliance completely integrated into our checkout. The integration with ShipCompliant is also very helpful for reporting.

To the DRINKS Team, It’s truly been a pleasure working with your organization. From the very beginning, your team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail that stands out in this industry. We recently had the opportunity to work closely with your compliance team to reformat and refine a critical report. Throughout that process, your team was not only highly knowledgeable, but also incredibly proactive and attentive. They took the time to understand our needs, asked the right questions, and delivered results quickly — all while maintaining clear and consistent communication. Having worked with multiple compliance solutions over the years, we can confidently say that DRINKS is the best compliance solution we’ve encountered by far. Your platform is reliable, your team is exceptional, and the value you provide to our operations is unmatched. Thank you again for being such a great partner. We look forward to continuing to work together and expanding this relationship even further.

We couldn’t be happier with DRINKS. Since implementing it more than a year ago, it’s solved complex compliance issues while boosting our market capabilities. The entire DRINKS team has been a joy to work with. Attentive, dynamic, and solution oriented, DRINKS has been the customer service oriented compliance software vendor we were looking for. Special recognition to David and Patrick for all that they do.

Drinks makes alcohol compliance easy. Very easy to use app. There is no one better out there with expertise in alcohol taxes and compliance. They let us focus on growing the business while they take manage state laws, taxes, and reporting behind the scenes. I have found them transparent about their roadmap and a willingness to incorporate our requests into it as well.

DRINKS had exceeded our expectations from the very first month we installed it over a year ago. DRINKS has been a game-changer for Wine Insiders on Shopify. This app covers hundreds of individual SKUs, constant bundles/package iterations, and use cases for accessories and other items. Knowing it does all that and that our tax and compliance are managed and regularly updated helps our teams sleep soundly at night.

Brandon and his team are top-notch, best compliance app for Shopify hands down

DRINKS app is good but the team is amazing, if you ever have a question they are here for you! I rest easier knowing that my compliance is on the right track and costly errors are avoided right up front, no surprises or apologies after somebody made it to checkout in a dry county and lots of options for age verification. Great product!

Working with the DRINKS team has been amazing! Their app has helped us manage our tax and compliance better and their team has always been on standby to help with any issues and brainstorm/execute on potential solutions that we have found along the way. Highly recommended!

The DRINKS App removes a lot of the headaches we had navigating the complexities and nuances of tax and compliance for alcohol in the US. Now, we can spend more time focused on growing our business and expanding our online footprint!

Shopify and the DRINKS App have allowed us to start building a 1:1 relationship with our customers in a way we've never been able to before.

I really have no idea how this solution wasn't built sooner! Total game changer for us to manage tax and compliance.

It's refreshing to work with a technology-first company in an industry that has been historically underserved.

Tax and compliance made simple. It really is a set and forget solution for us once we have the app configured.

Have loved working with the DRINKS team for their Shopify support and best-in-class regulatory-tech app.

Making a switch for your tax and compliance can be scary but just make the switch you won't regret it.

DRINKS takes all the pain out of tax and compliance for us. We're now freed up to focus on marketing and growing our business.

DRINKS is constantly innovating on its product and meeting its clients needs. Thank you for building this!

DRINKS team exceeded our expectations. It's software is best-in-class but the team is super receptive to feedback and building net new features to better support our needs.

There's really no competition. This is hands down the best solution for ecommerce tax and compliance.

Not bad but I'm looking forward to seeing what else they build for enabling alcohol merchants on Shopify.

I hope they build more tech solutions for the alcohol industry because this app is really phenomenal.

An innovative product in an industry that has long been underserved by the tools and technologies available to it.

Love it. Please keep up the great work DRINKS team! Anyone reading this you won't be disappointed!!!

Tax and compliance used to be one of our biggest pain points with ecommerce. Now we just set and forget it with the DRINKS App.

We onboarded the DRINKS app to better guide consumers through the DTC-wine-buying experience. We've found that a good portion of our customers isn't always familiar with alcohol delivery laws, especially state-by-state and the DRINKS app helps eliminate any surprises or frustration at checkout. Technically a compliance app, DRINKS allows us better options for state and alcohol taxes and the parameters we assign to each. On top of the added benefits for our DTC site, the DRINKS team is incredibly supportive and helpful during the onboarding process and continues to monitor functionality. A huge upgrade in compliance services for our Shopify store - see it in action on our Rabble Wines website!
