Hi Sahu Gajak Bhandar, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding your billing. We’d like to clarify that all charges for our app—just like any other Shopify app—are processed directly by Shopify, not by us. We cannot charge you, deduct payments, or access your payment method in any way. Any pending or completed charges are fully handled by Shopify’s billing system. Our support team has already contacted you to clarify the situation and assisted you in receiving a full charge reversal through Shopify. If you have any further questions or need additional help, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re always here to assist and truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. Thank you for trying Easy Ads. Ouissal Oulad Laghrab Customer Success Manager
