Webgility's customer service is top tier. They are willing to spend as much time as you need to get it set up the way you want. Shanu has spent countless hours helping set this up for us. Faizan is awesome at onboarding and spends the time making sure we understand what we're doing. We haven't had a bad experience with any of their people. Our experience with Webgility and their services has really been above and beyond and their customer service is what truly sets them apart. I will continue to recommend this company.

Faizan is an architect. He has connected our 5 different Shopify business to the corresponding QuickBooks Company file at RightWorks.

We have used Webgility for many years with Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise and BigCommerce. We have recently switched to Shopify. Webgility migrated our account and customizations and did a great job. We are particularly impressed with the additional reconciliation features that Webgility has implemented leveraging Shopify's payout capabilities. This will enable us to realize over $30k of savings per year. As a company that uses QBD in a way that pushes it to and beyond normal expected usage, I can say that of the QBD-connected applications, Webgility is the most resilient automatically working around the many issues that other integrated applications often fail to recover gracefully. The Webgility staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Almost 100% of the time, a call to support results in an answer immediately.

Overall, Webgility is doing what we need it to do. We've been using Webgility to sync our Amazon and Shopify sales with QuickBooks, and it's held up well for our needs. The one wrinkle in our setup is that our QuickBooks instance is hosted on a remote server, so we're not able to give the scheduler round-the-clock access. That means syncing is more of a manual, on-demand process for us rather than fully automated — but it's a limitation on our end, not really a shortfall of the software, and it's been manageable day to day. Every time I've run into an issue, Webgility support has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in getting it resolved.

We had a very detailed and particular set of scenarios we needed to be able to make work with Webgility between our Shopify, Point of Sale, and Amazon sales channels. The team at Webgility were super helpful and patient, and were able to get us set up and working without much difficulty. Being able to integrate with the hosted version of desktop Quickbooks was a big deal, and so far we're very happy with the service and the app!

We sell product at both the wholesale and retail level using Shopify, Magento and Quickbooks. Webgility has been a huge asset to our operation. It's intuitive and customer support is on-point.

Overall, Webgility is doing what it's meant to do for us. We have it currently integrating the transactions for our Amazon accounts and are now working on also syncing our Shopify stores, so that all transactions process into Quickbooks automatically. The setup to get everything working the way we'd like did take some time, but Faizan and Webgility's support team have definitely been good in working through the challenges with us.

We were using a different product, but it could not handle our needs. We have 4 different sites with a mix of Magento and Shopify. We did our research and found Webgility handled our stores better in reguards to sync'ing with Quickbooks, Enterprise Desktop with advance inventory. It is always nervous changing programs, but we went for it. It took about a month to set up and get going but we are up and running now. We worked with Faizan, who worked hard to get us up and running smoothly while training us.

Arun was very helpful in getting my webgility setup back to functional after I upgraded to Quickboooks Desktop Enterprise. I didn't realize that Quickbooks upgrade would erase some of my webgility settings, but it did. Arun dove right in and got me back to 100% functional. I sleep better knowing that webgility is getting my Shopify sales and customer info into Quickbook accurately.

The Webgility support agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our account for Shopify Payments and showing me how to download payouts. I would just have liked more explanation of why certain settings were being chosen and what the effect of each setting is to gain a better understanding of functionality.

Faizan - Is great at listening. And making suggestions to help our processes. In one example, we have mapping challenges and he helped solve the majority of our mapping issues.

Ask for Arun as your implementation manager. He is very helpful and patient. The app is very robust and made our bookkeeping much more efficient. Customer support is outstanding.
