Started out really good but then went downhill. Their customer support team is horrible (LIAM), long response time and seemed disinterested in assisting, guiding me around in circles with no answer when clearly the data wasn't showing up. Whole point of a paid service is to see enhanced performance and this clearly was not worth the money.

Excellent app, outstanding support I installed Zotek to set up my Meta Pixel and Conversions API for my jewelry store, and I'm genuinely impressed — both with the app and with the team behind it. The setup was straightforward: the Pixel Manager is clean, connecting the Conversions API was simple, and all the standard events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, CartView) started firing correctly. The server-side tracking is a real advantage — it means I'm not losing data to iOS restrictions or ad blockers. What really stood out was the support. I ran into what I thought was a tracking issue and reached out. The team responded quickly, stayed patient, and walked me through verifying everything properly with Meta Pixel Helper. It turned out the pixel had been working correctly all along — Meta simply doesn't report events in real time, and their app runs inside Shopify's Web Pixels sandbox, which made my own console checks misleading. They took the time to explain how it actually works instead of just closing the ticket. That kind of support makes a real difference when you're setting up tracking for the first time and want to be sure your data is solid before spending on ads. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that needs reliable Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.

I had issues with my pixel not firing correctly — the Meta Pixel Helper wasn't detecting it and some purchase events weren't being tracked. I reached out to support and Liam got back to me quickly. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through the issue step by step, and had everything fixed in no time. The app works great now and the Conversion API integration is running smoothly. Highly recommend Zotek — solid app and excellent support!

We’ve had an issue with the Add to Cart event not being tracked properly due to our theme, and the Zotek team (especially Liam) was reactive. The bug was identified, fixed, and updated within 24h — and everything is working smoothly now. The support is responsive, and the app is lightweight but effective. We installed Facebook Multiple Pixel to run region-specific ad campaigns and were impressed from day one. The app fired each pixel flawlessly—no duplicate events, no attribution gaps—exactly what our ROAS-reports needed. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer support team. We had a fairly complex request (dynamic pixel swap based on Shopify Markets). Their rep, Liam, jumped on a live chat within minutes, walked us through the settings and helped us tons!

I don’t understand the point of claiming that your app supports COD forms if the Purchase event isn’t triggered when the order status changes after COD submission. In reality, a “purchase” is counted as soon as a lead is submitted — not when the customer actually pays. This exact same functionality is offered by many free apps, such as EasySell. So what’s the advantage of using your app? On top of that, your support team gives conflicting information — one person says one thing, another says something completely different. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

However, please allow me to explain that when a buyer pays after they receive the order in reality can not be recorded as an event on website, as a result, it's obiviously unable to count it as an event to track. Also, just to clarify, even the action submit form COD on Shopify website also works in a different flow than the normal flow of Shopify checkout. Therefore, most of Shopify tracking pixels apps had been still unsupported. In this case, our Development team had been working on a solution to track when a buyer submits COD form on page and now Zotek: Facebook Pixel & Tiktok Pixel can track this event, which is called the "Purchase" event in Report Dashboard. Had some issues with setting up Catalogs for my 5 ad accounts on TikTok and the support has been very active and helpful. I am still yet new so haven't been able to see how good the tracking is but it seems to work good for now.
