Merch Monkies

Merch Monkies has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to use, the ordering process is straightforward, and the print quality has been excellent. What really stands out is that the company is operated by experienced printers who understand production, quality, and customer service. Their team has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions, and fulfillment has been reliable. It’s great having a print-on-demand partner that feels more personal and hands-on than the larger fulfillment companies. I would definitely recommend Merch Monkies to other Shopify store owners looking for quality printing and dependable service.

I have no idea what is going on. I tried to support local, but they had no instructions. They want a payment method on file but no explanation to why or what may be charged. Can't see what they offer before adding payment method. I deleted it and moved on with out adding payment method. They would have had a customer, but to forced with out any explanation. Hello! I regret that you have had a difficult time with our software! I will be happy to walk you through everything if you would like. As for having a credit card on file, your card only receives a charge when we fulfill your e-commerce orders that come in for us to fulfill. With us being a print on demand fulfillment company, we have discovered that this process helps us to get paid for our work in an timely manner. If you would like to reach out to me via email, I will be happy and honored to help you through the process. My email is scott@hbh.studio. Thanks! Scott
