This app solved several problems we were already facing with affiliate management. The biggest issue for us was handling commissions on refunded and canceled orders. I used to pay creators their commissions immediately, but sometimes the customer would return the product 7-10 days later. In those cases, I would lose money on both the refund and the commission I had already paid. Since we handle a large number of orders, it’s simply not practical for me to manually track every cancellation and refund. Now, this app has solved that problem for me. If an order is refunded or canceled, the app automatically adjusts the creators commission. So I don’t end up paying commission on orders that are no longer valid. This app makes it much easier to track affiliate performance, manage commissions and review suspicious activity. The dashboard is simple to understand and overall it has made our affiliate process much more organized. A very useful app for Shopify stores working with creators and affiliates.
