I have been using Klaviyo for a few years now, and using their Review app as well. About 3 months ago we found out that Klaviyo was inserting an extra script on our website causing it to be slower. For 3 months they didn't solve the issue, claimed we had hardcoded on our site and some other claims that had nothing to do with the issue. After pressuring the team to investigate this, it turned out their own Review app was causing the issue. Even when it is their own error they expect us to fix it and spend time on fixing it. We sent them an email nearly a week ago requesting them to fix the issue, no reply. Follow up email no reply! Third email, no reply. Never thought I would be giving Klaviyo such a bad review but it really shows the "respect" they have for their customers! Unbelivable disrespect to paying customers! But here you go Klaviyo, your behavior towards your customers is absolute shit! Could not be unhappier as a customer for several years! Please spare me with your standardized bullshit reply! You had days to get back to us, so a reply of a member will reach out to you is worthless!

This app is a must have! We've already recovered numerous abandoned carts. Sign-ups have increased. Email flows to our growing subscriber list have increased our sales. It's great!

Amazing and simple to use for those new to Ecom and CRM

Great addition to my store. Easy to use, and the only thing that could make it better is if I used it more for email campaigns. I haven't done SMS yet, but I hope to try it out soon!

It’s okay but when trying to cancel it makes it extremely hard. I deinstalled the app wanting to stop it, and got an email that it will automatically bill me due to maxing the amount of subscribers. Logging it to cancel the account it so challenging and I still don’t know if it’s cancelled properly.

The app was easy to use.

One star. The software is fine. The company is the problem. I run a resale shop. Part of my inventory is published adult art books and Japanese gravure cards. Legal, sold openly on every major marketplace. I sent one campaign that featured an item in that category, not knowing it conflicted with their acceptable use policy. There was no warning. No takedown request. No do that again and we terminate. Compliance reviewed the account and ended it. The notice said that after a thorough review they would not be able to continue serving me. I was never asked to fix anything, because fixing it was never on the table. That is the part worth knowing before you build here. Most platforms flag you first. Klaviyo does not. One violation, even an honest one, and you are packing up. You get 30 days to leave and no refund on time you already paid for. I lost my flows, my templates, and my account access, and rebuilt my email setup elsewhere with no notice. If any part of your catalog sits near a line you have not read carefully, assume you get exactly one mistake.

removed klaviyo because too expensive. Removing it has damaged my code and now shopify team are having to work to fix the problems. Avoid klaviyo like the plague!
