The app is very easy to use and fits for purpose! Also the customer service is very good, always replying back in a timely manner and fixing any issue that might come up.
The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.

Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review. To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there. If you require any further assistance please just ask. Please add our email to your contacts if our emails are going to your junk mail apps@modmedia.com.au

I found this app very easy to navigate. The developer was very quick to respond with any questions I had or support I needed. This app satisfied our need to create an easy to use Lookbook for a range of our products. Highly recommend.
I have been trying suspend this subscription due to the Coronavirus but there is no way to do that through the app plus the only way to contact them is through email, which they do not answer!!!!

Thanks for contacting us again for support, we did respond to your previous enquiry, please check that it isn’t in your junk folders as we have had reports of that happening sometimes. To remove an app on Shopify simply delete the app from your store and you will not be charged in future. We are unable to shut down payments while you still have it installed as that is not how Shopify works unfortunately. The site owners remove the App to achieve this. We sent a collaboration invite to your admin, please accept this so we can ensure that it is removed and you are not charged.
The app functions well, the team is very helpful in fixing any minor issues that comes up. Will reach out again if anything breaks.

This app is easy to use and the developers are super fast with support. I believe it is very expensive for what functionality it allows and should be less than half the price. You can only upload a picture and tag photos, you cannot put writing or do any other catalogue-style lookbook sheets in this app. You would have to make them in another program and upload them already completed. This was disappointing as the demo makes it seem as though it will have this functionality. Overall I am happy that it works well and is easy to use, but because of the price I will be looking for another app that does what I need it to do and is less expensive.
A great app that's easy to use with a wonderful support team behind it! We were on a tight deadline to get our lookbook up and they worked above and beyond to help me get there! Can't wait to see the sales roll in. Go team!

Beautiful app took 5 minutes to install and get working, but where the app really stand out is the excellent customer support. Needed some assistance with custom coding they went over and above to make it even better than I thought. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
The aesthetic of the LookBook is exactly what I was searching for in designing a jewelry ecommerce site and I'm so happy with how it turned out! It was super easy to upload new products and customize the colors. The support staff was amazingly helpful in helping me set up a pop-up view horizontal slideshow. Thank you for developing this user-friendly app!
Great App and very helpful staff. The developers were very helpful with installing the app on my website and made numerous customisations so that it would work well with my theme. The rollover feature is perfect and I love that there are so many options to go along with it.

A NOTE OF CAUTION: We've been using Lookbook since April and while it is seemingly easy to use, be wary of SERIOUS bugs and developer issues. We were hoping that by now many of these bugs would've been fixed as there aren't many options for Lookbook apps, but they are still ongoing and the support team is zero help. We have gotten multiple customer complaints about the functionality of the app, lost sales and wasted huge amounts of time trying to work with team members ****** and ****** to get these things sorted. Be aware that the team is out of Australia and they WILL NOT make an effort to work with you outside their very limited hours. ***If you are trying to use this app in the UNITED STATES: for some reason there are many more issues that their team is unable to see or fix. We had to send them videos of it happening and even still they don't know what to do. While it's a nice app in theory, it's still in the early stages of development and definitely NOT worth $29/month. Just make sure you test absolutely everything before making public to your customers (and have your own IT team available to help when things go wrong).

We were looking for a good way to show off our wide range of photography and LookBook is perfect for doing just that. It couldn't be easier to use and provides a very high quality result. Good customer service too- we wanted to customise our lookbook to fit in with the rest of our website and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars!
