It is a very good possibility to optimize your email-support :) You get a lot of informations and help from the team
It is a little inconvenient that the contact us button overlaps the button to open and close the customer info side bar, so now I am not able to open it. I would suggest putting the contact us button in the settings side bar. The app and product itself is very impressive. It is clear AI is coming a long way

Hi Jagger, Thanks for the feedback. I’ve moved the Contact Center button to the settings page. Could you check and let me know if it works now? Please make sure to clear your cache before checking it. :) Ebrar
