Zeer tevreden over de Market Sync app! De integratie is gebruiksvriendelijk en maakt het werken ermee een stuk eenvoudiger. Ook de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is erg goed: je krijgt veel waarde voor je geld. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is de snelle reactie via de chat. Als je een vraag hebt, krijg je vlot antwoord, en dat maakt echt een verschil. Een fijne app met goede ondersteuning en een eerlijke prijs. Zeker een aanrader!

Market Sync has worked perfectly for us to sync our Shopify store with the main marketplaces in Europe. The setup was easy, and the product, inventory, and order synchronization works very well. Highly recommended.

One of the best customer experiences I've had with any app on Shopify! At first, we had some issues with our products automatically syncing, but thanks to the amazing support team, we managed to resolve it within an hour. Since then, it's been running flawlessly and has made managing our bol.com orders so much easier. They even reached out for feedback after a while and genuinely cared about our input. A 5/5 experience that I would highly recommend!

We started using Market Sync to connect Shopify with Amazon, eBay and keep our inventory, orders and tracking all updated in real time. It does exactly that — orders from different channels show up right in Shopify without manual work. Setup wasn’t perfect first time due to some customisation we made but with the help of support once it’s running it just works everyday.
Very satisfied with the service provided! They always help whenever there's an issue. Great app!
Very Good Multi‑Channel Sync! It makes managing multiple marketplaces much easier. Inventory and orders sync reliably, the dashboard is user-friendly, and support is helpful. A solid choice for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and more!

De app werkt echt goed, stock updates in de ene richting, en orders uit bol in shopify trekken zonder probleem. Dikke duim.

Eindelijk een app die doet wat ze belooft! We werken al jaren met Bol.com als marketplace en hebben in het verleden de koppeling van Channable gebruikt. Hoewel dat prima werkte, liepen de kosten al snel flink op. De Tom-IT app is wat dat betreft echt een verademing: je kunt veel zelf instellen en hebt tegelijkertijd de zekerheid van snelle en goede ondersteuning. Precies wat je nodig hebt om efficiënt te werken zonder onnodige kosten.

We vinden het belangrijk dat merchants zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar altijd kunnen rekenen op snelle support wanneer dat nodig is. Bedankt voor je vertrouwen en dat je de overstap met ons hebt gemaakt!
Werkt goed, simpel en bij een eventueel probleem (2e keer in paar jaar pas gebeurd) is de helpdesk snel en adequaat. Dus gewoon goed, functioneel en precies waar het voor is gemaakt.
Does exactly what it’s supposed to, saves time, and is easy to use once it’s set up with help from support. Tom is super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect marketplaces with Shopify!

Have been using this app to connect with Bol.com and have found the setup to be smooth and intuitive. Orders and stock get synced properly and there are several useful settings (for example to assign a different order number to orders that arrive through the app). Reason for giving a 5-star review is the support team! Have found them to be very responsive and taking actions when needed. Keep up the good work!

Ich habe von der Shopify eigenen Lösung nun auf diese App gewechselt und bin mehr als glücklich mit der Entscheidung! Wir nutzen sie für Amazon und sie läuft einwandfrei und das wichtigste - man hat einen Support der einem weiterhilft, der Support hilft sofort bei technischen Problemen und geht auch aktiv auf unsere Feature request ein! Absolute Empfehlung und ein MUSS für alle die Marktplatz Bestellungen wie Amazon importieren wollen :-)
I use the app to connect with Bol.com. The app is easy to set up, does exactly what it should, and has excellent stock synchronization. The service for questions or issues is very fast and well handled. In short, I’m very happy and satisfied with the app.
The app runs seamlessly, and the customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond by developing a custom feature to manage dummy customer emails efficiently. Really impressed with their responsiveness and dedication!

We went from Channable @ $400/month to TomIt Marketplace Connect for $40/month. Translation was seamless and smooth. Great service and support; they even implemented a feature request we had after a few days, which makes this app a true no-brainer for connecting your shopify store to amazon and bol.com.
Super app voor het koppelen van diverse marketplaces zoals Bol en Amazon. Bespaard veel tijd en wanneer je er even niet helemaal uit komt bieden ze een hele fijne klantenservice. Zeker een aanrader!

Top Service helpen direct en hebben het snel het opgelost. Wij hadden een verkeerde barcode ingevoerd. Dat hebben ze snel aangepakt en het euvel opgelost
Top app, synced alles perfect. Service is snel en denkt altijd met je mee. Geen gedoe, doet precies wat het zou moeten doen! Al lange tijd klant.
Super fijne app! Wij gebruiken deze om de orders van Bol.com naar onze shopify webshop en vervolgens ons fulfilment te importeren. Werkt snel, uitgebreide mogelijkheden en bij vragen een snelle reactie! Deze app geeft ons de tijd om met andere zaken bezig te zijn.
We gebruiken deze app om te verbinden met bol.com. De orders worden automatisch opgehaald en de track en trace informatie gesynchroniseerd met bol.com. Installatie was makkelijk en snel gebeurd zonder al teveel poespas. Perfecte oplossing!
Wat een verademing is deze app t.o.v. Channable. Supersimpel, heel snel up&running te krijgen. FBR, FBB orders van bol.com syncen perfect met Shopify. Voorraadmutaties gaan in 1x goed. En ondersteuning en reactiesnelheid van helpdesk is ook perfect. Bij Channable altijd gedoe, een wijziging ging nooit in 1x goed, complex om in te richten. Erg blij mee (en ook nog eens veel goedkoper)!

Een goed product en een goede service. Eenvoudige installatie. De app doet precies wat het moet doen, heel tevreden mee.
De app werkt prima en dat voor een nette prijs. Alle basis functies zitten erin (voorraad synchronisatie en order import). Daarnaast is de support super en staat de ontwikkelaar ook open voor suggesties ter uitbreiding (zo zijn wij nu aan het testen met een 2e API koppeling zodat wij ons NL en BE account kunnen koppelen).
Awesome App. Allows me to sync all my BOL orders into Shopify and then when I mark them shipped they sync into BOL automatically from Shopify. Great customer service also! 5 Stars!
Eindelijk een app die gemakkelijk in gebruik is om je bol orders te koppelen aan je store! Echte aanrader.
