App was simple to setup and sync to marketing cloud. Even with minor data sync'ing issues, the team is very responsive in helpful in fixing any problems. I spoke with Aishwarya who was very attentive and helpful.

This plug-in is awesome! It saved me quite a lot of time and development. I was able to synchronize my data in a matter of minutes. Besides, they have a great support team. :)
Excellent customer support from Aishwarya. We had an issue with setting the App, Aishwarya has been very accomodating. She even called us to help us configure the app. The app has been very helpful. One wish though, we wish the app could do background syncing.
Customer support is amazing for this app. Abandon cart was not syncing correctly and their support fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app - everything is pushed into SFMC easily!

Poor experience so far. Bought the app over a week ago and have been trying to integrate Shopify and Salesforce since. No luck. The support people have not been supportive either. Waste of time really.

We have guided in the best possible manner through our official support system and virtual meeting, but the client doesn't want to communicate further.
This app does exactly what it's intended to do, and the customer service was great. There was a huge time-zone difference but their customer service stayed up to help me solve my issues.
Couldn't be happier with the App and Gautam Bagchi for helping us get everything synced and tested properly. Gautam made the whole process very easy and seamless, and his willingness to go above-and-beyond was awesome - he stayed up into the early hours to get us setup!!

Customer service for eShopSync will go above and beyond to ensure integration. This app seems to be the only one of its kind, providing direct integration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app allows you create Data Extensions directly from your future order data. We were able to connect multiple store fronts to our single Salesforce account.
Their support team was quick to fix some issues that we had. The app itself could provide a bit more functionality, but I'm sure this can be done at request. Our data has been successfully posting to our Marketing Cloud and look forward to continue using this app.
We're a billion dollar publicly traded company and have launched several eCommerce sites through the years. We needed a solution to integrate Shopify with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and this app offered an easily solution. We encountered issues, reached out to the App Vendor for support and they worked tireless to diagnose our problem and resolved our issues before launch. I would definitely rate this as one of the best for SFMC. Thanks for the great app and support!
The customer service provided by Arundhati was phenomenal. We decided to use this app because it is the most straight forward, simple way to connect Shopify and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app development team assisted with installation of the app in Shopify as well as connecting to marketing cloud. Arundhati was incredibly responsive and quickly fixed a few issues that occured. To be fully transparent, the abandoned cart data does not automatically sync from Shopify to SFMC, it must be pushed manually. Additionally, the data captured from Shopify to SFMC through the app is somewhat limited, but the app developer has proven that customization is available quickly for at a very reasonable additional cost. It is new, but you can count on awesome customer service if something doesn't work correctly.
