Very disappointing experience. There have been so many issues with my mobile app, and I have been reporting them for the last 15 days, but there is still no proper response or resolution. there is no clear accountability, and every issue seems to involve unnecessary delays. For the amount of time and effort involved, the service has been completely unacceptable. Poor communication, poor support, repeated delays, and no ownership of issues. DO NOT INSTALL... After a month of them trying to publish my site - they told me it wasn't possible and then still charged me $750 over 3 months after they told me they cancelled my account, and de-coded it from my shop!!! They deleted all the whatsapp message history as well. SCAM.
