Modalyst for Suppliers

waiting to get my account live on the marketplace. but it was an easy process to get products synced

We have more than 1900 retailers connected with this app and thought it was cool. But noticed 1874 accounts are inactive and fake. All those fake retailer account name starts with My Site... and some numbers with Chinese characters.. No time to decline those accounts one by one.

As the supplier, I'm very happy with the service provided by Modalyst so far. We have a very large catalog and things are taking a while to get products fully loaded. The integration is very straight forward and seems to be effective. In a short period of time we have already started to see new retailers add our products to their sites. Jose has been very helpful! We're now waiting for our products to go live and hopefully this will bring us more retailers to resell our products.

Absolutely horrible. Worst app I had sofar. Customer service is useless, and the app just doesn't work. Won't import the products, gives an error all the time. Avoid at all costs, plenty other good options there.

We have had a very bad experience with this Modalyst and cannot recommend this company. Here are some of the issues we experienced: 1) Platform didn't sync with our inventory as it is supposed. So if you remove something from your shop it continues to be available for sale through their platform and we would get orders for items that were sold out and removed from our shop. 2) They control how much we the supplier can charge for shipping. You end up losing money on shipping because they require you ship all items regardless of size and weight for $5 domestic and international shipping rates are an even bigger joke. 3) They try to hold suppliers responsible if a product the supplier ships is lost or stolen or doesn't get delivered by the delivery company. They don't get that a supplier responsibility ends once the package is provided to the shipping company for delivery. In the event a product is not shipped but not delivered the only taking a loss is the Supplier as the product has been shipped and the shipping company has been paid.

Update: terrible app. My shopify inventory never syncs properly. It has been over a year and only got one or 2 sales and since the inventory cant be adjusted I had to refund the orders. They deducted a fee from the refunded sales and I have been requesting Jose for over weeks now to get a refund on those and no response. Terrible app and service. I do not recommend to anyone

Modalyst so far has been very helpful. Thanks to Jose. Jose is very attentive and helpful. He makes sure that all the initial set up is on track and he guides you to reach the best results. Support from Modalyst is great.. Wish commission charged by retailers was a bit lower but other than that great platform and it works, I joined recently and have already seen sales coming through.

We were one of the earlier brands to enroll with them and have really enjoyed working with them. One of the easiest platforms to work with if you are a supplier for drop ship stores.

Be sure you want to commit to dropshipping with Modalyst because if you want out Modalyst will not uninstall. We have contacted per their instructions numerous times with no response and no uninstall so the orders keep coming.

A Must Have for Vendors!!! Modalyst has provided our brand unprecedented exposure and brought us hundreds of sales on a commission only basis :-) I previously worked with affiliate networks that charged us a bunch of money and they couldn't generate a fraction of the sales that Modalyst has. I highly recommend this app to any merchant. It synchronies your inventory really well and easy, it is just a click. I just installed it a week ago and already had 2 sales from retailers in UK. I think it is a great opportunity to get brand awareness, show your collection to hundreds of retailers and reach wholesale customers. I didn't know what was drop-shipping , but with this App I get to understand the drop-shipping model very easy. Modalyst is effective, secure and easy to use. Great way to get your products stocked in different countries and widen your audience dramatically

This is a great way to build new business relationships. If you are a dropship supplier, you should have this application in order to meet more retailers. Dropshipping is the key and future of ecommerce and Modalyst has offered whats needed by everyone.

We have now been on Modalyst for about 3 months. It is dead simple if you a shopify user and has definitely driven sales for us. The app works seamlessly and has opened channels for us that we wouldn't have if the app wasn't available. Great product!
