As a kids toy brand we recommend this app, it makes the job easy and efficient and it is very quick to build relationships with retailers. The customer service team is also very helpful in making introductions to retailers, and we have already established partnerships with several retailers through the app.

Convictional has been a great platform for us to grow our dropship sales as a small brand. The integration with Shopify automates the majority of the process and works with our fulfilment provider. Customer service from Convictional has also been great; clearing up any issues quickly and efficiently, plus Elio has done an excellent job connecting us with appropriate retailers through the platform.

This app is a game changer. Such a great way to expand the reach and exposure of your brand and products by easily integrating your products with other retailers. Elio has also been a huge help in connecting us with retailers who are interested in selling our products on their website. He's really helped us expand our business. Installation and integration is also super simple. We haven't had any issues at all with convictional. It works effortlessly and seamlessly. Couldn't be happier.

Convictional has worked really well for us. One of our wholesale partners asked us to use and it's been a much easier transition than sending spreadsheets back and forth. It also makes invoicing very easy.

Fairly new to this app but so far it seems to be working OK! It would be great though if I didn't have to constantly keep logging in as that can be a bit of a pain but understand that's a minor issue. We tried to use this app at the request of a few of our retailers. While the app does allow orders to flow from our retailer directly into our Shopify store, it marks all new orders in our Shopify dashboard as "Paid". However, Convictional doesn't invoice the retailer for the order until we (supplier) have fulfilled it. We reached out to support as this seems like a very obvious issue but support wasn't able to help us. I've rated this as two stars due to what seems like a very obvious issue for suppliers and the lack of support to address the problem.

As an analog person trapped in a digital world, anyone who can create an app that I can make work the first time is my hero. Convictional is very good at what it does and works seamlessly. The only problem I had was actually not a problem just a simple fix that was done in 5 minutes. So keep it up, Convictional!

I was having trouble logging into my account. I contacted support@convictional.com and received a response within 10 minutes with a solution to my problem. It is very nice to see great customer service.

We've been using this app to sync our website with Indigo. Unlike many others, Convictional easily transfers the data without any information missing. It's been an easy and flawless experience.

Convictional is the absolute easiest Dropship Platform there is. It's super user friendly, easy to set up and add suppliers, easy to add products. Works seamlessly with Shopify plus. Other platforms that shall remain nameless (by rhymes with lyrical and Frisco) made me want to slit my wrists they were so complicated). But Convictional puts them to shame with how easy it is. If you are a supplier or a retailer you will be much happier with Convictional. It will save you so much time and frustration.
