Garnet Multivendor Marketplace

We have been running our marketplace on Garnet for more than a year. The team is incredibly responsive and was open to customising the app for our specific needs. A solid app and a team you can truly rely on!

I've tried all the marketplace apps at length and this is hands-down the best. All the things it "should" do, in a beautiful & intuitive interface and great support. Finally, I know my vendors are in good hands. Don't be turned off by the custom pricing. Their rates are fair and the service is personalised. 10/10 recommend.

After reviewing a few different marketplace integrations we decided to go with Garnet for our website and I am very pleased that we did! It is easy to use, has sufficient documentation and the team works closely with us to solve any technical issues or any customisation requirements to meet our business needs. Despite operating in different time zones (Europe/Australia) we're able to work effectively together and there is never a delay on any customer service or technical solutions.

I've tried them all and this is the only marketplace app that actually works for us. We use it for adding digital download sales for different creators to our site and it works splendidly. Most marketplace apps are very low quality and super buggy but Garnet is very polished and works flawlessly.

Working with Garnet has been great. Before finding them, I was stuck with another Shopify app that felt messy, rigid, and it was just a poor experience altogether, including for my vendors/sellers. When Garnet reached out, I decided to make the switch and I’m glad I did. Their interface is clear, straightforward, and easy for our sellers to navigate. Their team provides incredible customer service as they are prompt and accommodating to my specific needs. If I need a feature that doesn't exist, they're willing to provide custom work at reasonable prices or even for free if it seems like something other clients would likely get use out of. We tried several multi-vendor apps (Webkul etc) before finding Garnet. Most of the multivendor apps are so difficult for sellers to set up their accounts and list their items. Garnet marketplace is very easy to use as a business owner I wanted the seller UX to be straightforward and easy - and this is what Garnet provides. Francois and Paul are both amazing and helped me set up my market place within 24 hours and have been so supportive. Their response rate to any queries is so fast and always available to jump on a call! They have been really understanding as a small business owner the challenges we are facing. Paul hat mir sehr geholfen zu verstehen, wie die App funktioniert, und bei Fragen per E-Mail kam auch immer prompt eine Antwort mit einer Lösung oder einem Lösungsvorschlag. Ich habe Garnet selbst nur kurze Zeit genutzt, da es für mein Vorhaben leider zu kostenintensiv ist (gebrauchte Zaubertricks von anderen Personen anbieten zu lassen). Garnet provides a elegant UI that ensures a frictionless vendor experience helping marketplaces that supports ease in vendor acquisition and enhanced vendor user experience. Garnet far surpasses competitors. I've installed and tried multiple versions of marketplace apps, including building a low code app with Bubble. I realized with Bubble that some of the problems I ran across were already solved and optimized with platforms like Shopify, which is why I switched. In process of evaluating alternatives, I looked and installed CS-Cart, WooCommerce, Yo-Cart and Shopify. Once I chose Shopify, I installed and used competitor apps to Garnet. I can tell you conclusively that it is superior in every way. It cost more, but its UI and navigability are standouts. Equally important, the documentation is robust and clear. Finally, the support and communication offered by the Garnet team is stellar. I can't recommend this solution enough. As someone who has recommended complex digital solutions to clients throughout my career, I feel 100% confident in a 5 star recommendation for Garnet. They are truly a standout.

Amazing - Francois and the team have been exceptional and really helped our marketplace grow into what it is today. We were using another multivendor app, but there were always issues. Payouts were complicated, the interface was confusing, and my vendors were getting frustrated. We switched to Garnet and paid for the white labeling, most of the add ons, etc and my vendors are so much happier. They're super attentive and quick to support. All of my issues they've resolved within hours to days. I can't recommend enough!

Garnet multivendor marketplace has been everything I need it to be. I've tried other apps like WebKul and ShipTurtle, and I wasn't particularly impressed. Garnet values you, is constantly coming out with new features, has great support, and is pretty straight-forward. The new pricing is great too.

If you have multi vendors, I need it away for them to sell on their own. Garnet is hands-down. The best app the app is great user-friendly always IT support is on it. They’re gonna get it figured out. They’re always making changes to best fit all the needs of our customers. I love this app.

We installed the Webkul Market Place app and it covers all the bases, however, it requires much time and experience. Along comes Garnet and everything is so much easier and better. Garnet Marketplace is a new app but Francois is constantly updating and improving features. His customer service and integration support is next level.
