MVR Free Shipping Bar Pro

Very simple, yet does its job perfectly. And the support is very cooperative!

Hands down - the best free shipping bar app I have found. Very customizable and completely free. As a smal (very small) business owner, i really appreciate apps like this. I also had a request for an additional modification and the developer was quick to respond and update the app to accommodate!

Nice app and excellent customer service. I wanted to change a setting that wasn't available and they were able to address my concern very quickly.

Received immediate support and a fix quickly. Will continue using!
