the customer support never replies. I ordered for a customer a necklace, io paid the necklace and the monthly feee and the necklace is not shipped yet and after several messaged they never replied. So it looks a total scam to me! Sorry we missed your message. We did end up replying to get everything squared away as soon as we caught the missed message.
