We have been using Tapstitch for their product range, which is genuinely strong, but recent fulfilment changes have caused serious issues for our business. We specifically requested USA fulfilment, yet our orders are now being routed through China. As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive. Support was able to provide information about what had changed, but unfortunately they were not helpful in actually resolving the issue or offering a practical fix. We now have six very unhappy customers and expecting more to come and we would not have even known about the fulfilment change if they had not contacted us asking why their orders were taking so long. At this point, we are now looking for a new POD supplier in the USA and will most likely remove Tapstitch products from our site. Great product range, but sellers should be very careful if delivery times and fulfilment location matter to their business as regardless of whether you choose USA Fulfilment they will still route your orders through China taking + 30 days for orders to be delivered Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Great quality, strong fabrics and a very professional overall impression. The heavyweight products in particular feel premium, durable and clearly above many standard streetwear blanks. I received my test product and the quality of print was not what I was expecting. Black seems to be the best color one shirt was clearly cruked. Shipping time was ahead of time. DTG BLACK color is thier best work I tested multiple garments. I request DTF but it seams not to be available. Out of state prices are like gas prices.

I would not have had my store if it were not for the AI assistants, they are sharp and quick. Thank you, I finally have my two stores up and running and people have been enquiring. So Happy.

Good customer service for evry needs

Really helpful for us as a small brand to offer apparel without the overheads and extra warehousing space for storing large unit orders of tees. Customers are very happy with the quality. Shipping notifications for customers have room for improvement but overall everything is great. The ability to customise hang tags and labels is fantastic. Great selection of products. Overall a great way to get some extra revenue in the door for us to keep investing in our biz. Happy as!

Still having a great experience. The quality of the print and clothing is more than acceptable and has not declined at all. Their customer service is useful. No issues and it's been a year and some months for me. Tapstitch continues to upgrade and they do listen to your recommendations/requests. I do recommend using their services, especially for those who lack the capital to start a clothing line.

This app is user-friendly: once you learn it once you'll never forget navigating it. Its ease of use speeds up the process and releases designing stress so that more time is allocate to the fun part - designing.

So far so good. Their selections are so cool. They have basics too. Fulfillment has been great and the quality of the items I've tested so far has surpassed expectations.

So far the platform has been a value add from a design perspective, it is easy to use and has some really nice features in comparison to other print on demand offerings. I am excited to get my most recent designs up on my site illustriouslylit.com. The product quality is very excellent so far (joggers, sweatpants, shorts and hoodies). I have yet to prototype some denim and Jacket options but I am expecting great results. Shipping was not that bad either, I think my excitement made it feel long but the product to delivery was about 12 days and that was during the holiday season. I hope to start doing shoes and slide soon.
