Their Customer support is amazing. Great easy to use App. Definitely recommend.
poorly developed app, with major glitches. Each time we edit the Donation Form it disappears from the website and we have to re-do it from scratch. Unless we add it from Incognito mode does the app work normally. Needs a lot more work to improve the experience. Highly unreliable and we had to talk to support to fix it in 24 hours, only to get re-ruined once we edited and saved the image of the donation form.
Good support team. Happy with the service. We can create multiple donation capmaigns with this app.
The analytics are helpful in tracking how much we’re raising, and support helped me interpret the data.
Easy to use and very effective support sent detailed instructions when I needed help.
Our customers appreciate the donation options, and support helped me decide where to show them.
I appreciate how straightforward the setup is and the support team made it even easier
