The app is great and the support is very fast and efficient

This app is great for creating and customizing Invoices, packing slips, etc. I had trouble with a custom font I was using, so I emailed the support team and they fixed my problem immediately.

I have never given such a low score, but in this case I have no option. I have a paid plan and the automatic email sending option is not working. I have tried three times to get help from support, but they always stop responding. This last time, no one responded to me. I am only asking for help to solve this problem, but I will certainly end up looking for another alternative.

Support is awesome, David was very kind and responded very fast to my requests. I used another app for years with a very complicated interface and monthly fee. Ordersify is simple to use and free.

This is a disturbing app, please save your time and money. The app cannot add basic numbers, and you must use Word to redo the invoice. When contacting support they tell you they will fix it then do nothing. Ordersify will refuse to publish reviews but we have approached Shopify to remove this unscrupulous app. Ordersify reviews are fabricated I have spoke to several business's with the same issue.

I have been using Ordersify for quite some time now, It's easy to edit the templates and we have had great success utilizing the help feature to chat with the team behind ordersify to address any app crossover issues that have come up. occasionally we have had some items not want to show up on our invoices/pick sheets and it was causing errors with fulfullment. I reached out to ordersify and they were able to not only fix it, but fix it FAST. I was impressed at the ability to get this done in an efficient, helpful, and correct way. The app is nice and has a lot of designability which I liked a lot. HOWEVER, the app doesn't correctly print packing slips when shipping out items from the same order but on different days. It will only print the first packing slip (in my case for digital downloaded training videos) but will not print a packing slip for the physical goods I shipped later from the same order. Tech support seemed to have little comprehension of my language nor much interest in helping when trying to get a remedy. ALSO, the refund template does not function properly. The refund amount DOES NOT show up on the document making it worthless.

Cant ask for more , very helpful team and amazing app , i had issue showing the exact unit weight in 0.00 g format , i have contacted shopify support and other 5 apps developer no one solve my problem until i found this App Thank you Andy . We are moving from magento over to Shopify and we are looking to replicate our current processes into the new website. We needed a way to print zebra style labels as well as customise invoices so this app was on the cards. This app has solved our warehouse picking problems. We needed a packing list that sorted products in alpha-numerical order of barcode numbers. This app is the best of all shopify to be able to automate your invoices, actually I am Spanish speaking, and anyway, the customer service of this app is the best I have ever seen, congratulations! The customer support team for this app is amazing. I had a personal request, sent it over, and they knocked it out and got it back to me. Great app. Great team. We use it every day to fill orders on the shop floor.

I like the app. I can easily create a bill for my customers and add all information that I need. But there is one issue. When adding the code into my email template and then clicking the link inside the mail, it won't work somehow. Also I would prefer the invoice would be attached as pdf inside the mail

Exactly what I needed to make my invoices look professional. I asked the developers to make some adjustments to the layout to better suit my needs and they were implemented within hours. Very pleased. Thank you.

Update : I was contacted several times to resolved the error message. There is a bug that you can only print 10 orders at a time. When that is resolved, I will change my review. I really wanted this to work but I kept getting an error messages. I did write support three times with no help. Maybe I'll try again when they get the bugs worked out. haven't started using it yet so im not sure. I will have to keep you posted. But I do know that this mandatory box is annoying

We are using Ordersify with www.get-quark.com and it's really amazing ! You have a really effective solution with more than 5000 free delivery vouchers to start using it. We are craftsmen and we make Pegboards. We can't afford to start a big business all at once. Ordersify is a really good solution for our situation. And we hope to be able to switch to the paid version one day !

Taken an evening of playing around with the templates to get them how I need but really easy to work with. This app will save us so much time!

I was skeptical but so far so good! Easy to customise and at this point I think that it was definitely worth the effort of setting it up. It looks professional and it allows decent invoices to be sent to customers which means that we no longer have to waste resources by printing and shipping them with the orders.

Really enjoy this app! Found it easy to use, even on the unpaid version. Highly recommend it. We would however love some more template layouts.

Very easy to use and set up an invoice the way I want it to look. I just opened my shop so I've only printed one order with no issues. Now that I have more orders, I haven't been able to print them using this app. I can't even submit this review leaving 3 stars. I wonder if I leave 5 stars, would it go through?

Ordersify's Order Printer is exactly what our team needed! After testing all similar apps on the Shopify App Store, it turned out to be the perfect fit for our needs. As a business, we integrate such tools in our workflow, staff gets trained to properly use them and we end up relying on their features for our daily operations. We need a certain level of communication with app developers to ensure proper integration in our daily workflow. The Ordersify team has been there to assist us when a negative review was left. Unfortunately, aside from then, they are hard to get a hold on. If you can stick to the current state of the app, it is definitely a good one but if you expect a bit more, it might be worth looking at different solutions.

Not working yet but still working on it. Support so far has been pretty good at resolving issues quickly. Would recommend.
