Packrooster on ollut käytössä jo pitkään ja toiminut täysin moitteetta vuosia. Hinnoittelu ei ole varmasti markkinoiden halvimmasta päästä ja viime vuoden korotukset riipaisivat ikävästi. Olen kuitenkin sitä mieltä, että lähetyksien toimivuus on yksi olennaisimmista toiminnoista verkkokaupassa ja tähän olemme valmiita panostamaan. Toki kaikkia ominaisuuksia ei ole meilläkään käytössä eli ns. laajempi hinnoittelumalli voisi toimia useammalle kauppiaalle. Asiakaspalvelu on ollut tähän asti luokassa suomen nopeinta, kaikkiin mahdollisiin kysymyksiin vastaukset ovat tulleet salamana, kiitos Tatu!

Kätevin ominaisuus on mahdollisuus merkitä tuote pakatuksi yhdellä klikkauksella, näin virheelliset lähetykset vältetään eikä mitään jää puuttumaan. Meillä on jo vuosia ollut tämä käytössä, eikä ole mitään valitettavaa. Harvat päivityskuprut on korjaantunut nopeasti ja asiakaspalvelusta saa sähköpostilla avun nopeasti.

En valitettavasti voi antaa vielä yli kolmea tähteä koska ei ole optimoitu toimimaan Safarilla jota käytän koska IOS-toimintaympäristö. Jouduin erikseen lataamaan ja käyttämään varta vasten heidän ohjelman takia jotain mitä en halua käyttää. Jos olet windows käyttäjä ja tykkäät käyttää chrome selainta uskon toimivan hyvin.

An extremely useful app for managing multiple fulfillment options seamlessly. What stands out even more is their customer support—it’s exceptionally helpful and always responds quickly.

Very quick and easy to use. Sending larger parcels should include an option to pack a certain amount of the merchandise so that you wouldn't have to click each one individually. We handle very large parcels up to 6000kg and the program will of course divide it into how many we want, but it takes too much time to choose everything individually and it may cost us more in the end if we just let it automatically divide the weight between the pallets. (for example a 5 pallet parcel would weigh about 6000kg but the products might weigh a different amount on each one, and the weighing could cost extra if it has to be done) Packrooster just divides the 6000kg into 5.

Excellent app! Makes shipping easy with all the configuration options, labels, export documents etc. The app has all the major logistic companies available. Combine with Printrooster for even better experience. Customer serivce is there for you (fast) if you bump into some technical issues.

Vi har letat efter den perfekta appen för att hantera ordrar och testat flera olika. Både de som PostNord rekommenderade, och andra. Inget har fungerat speciellt bra. Sen fick vi tips om PackRooster. Vi hade massa frågor innan som vi tog med supporten, fick bra svar, och installerade appen. Riktigt smidig installation, enkelt att komma igång och helt otroligt smidig orderhantering. Vi har en streckkod på våra följesedlar som vi enkelt scannar. När en order är scannad skrivs en fraktsedel ut automatiskt och ordern blir fulfillad. Det kan inte vara smidigare än så. Tack! Vi kan inte ge annat än högsta betyg! Alla borde ha PackRooster!

HIGHLY recommended! This app just nails it. Shipping, labels and customers choosing shipping options is just so good. The best thing is the support you get from them - awesome. Emailing my question and they helped me, guided me and did some setting so that everything JUST works! Especially - if you are not on fond of nitty gritty techy details and setups - this is for you. Aboslute killer app!! Guys from Approosters answer every single suopport ticket within one hour usally. The are very professional and has not ones failed to answer or fix the issue I have had with the app or integrations.

Toimitustapoihin voi luoda monenlaisia rajauksia, joten kassalle saa näkymään just ne toimitustavat mitä tarvitaan. Mm. monikollilähetykset ja toimitustavan muutokset saa tehtyä suoraan sovelluksessa. Asiakaspalvelu on myös aivan loistavaa!

We are using Packrooster only for showing pick-up points to some Posti and Matkahuolto services at checkout. It has worked very well. All settings in the app are clear and easy to update. And their support is excellent! Replies to any questions come very fast and the instructions are clear.

We are a middle sized company that processes average 400-500 web orders per day. This app has really helped us with the order processing efficiency and reliability. We use the Packrooster enterprise plan which has a great functionality to confirm that the products in the order have been picked up correctly. The App supports all the delivery companies we need and the configuration is really easy. Compared to the pre-Packrooster life, we are now savily easily hours each day with less customer reclaims and hassle. The guys at Approoster have been really helpful and they have developed and customized the app according to our needs and wishes. Super!

Does not intagrate with Unifaun even though it claims to in the description. Only supports direct integrations with the carriers, not via Unifaun. EDIT: Support seems fast and they are currently working on getting our needs met. Will update review again as soon as a solution is reached.
