Ich habe sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen, und es wurde so lange nach einer Lösung gesucht, bis das Problem gefunden und behoben war. Gourav war dabei sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit. I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.

4 stars because I wish I could customize the email more for downloads however for free I can't really complain. I was helped by Gourav after my first sale to make sure everything was working. He was very responsive and helpful.

Good so far. A question did come up I was unable to resolve as I was guiding myself to get started, but Praveen through the chat feature was very helpful in confirming things.

Praveen was really helpful. It's a pretty simple app to use. it does have some glitches but its easy to use.

I had problems with an order not going through to the customer. I received an email error with this problem including a bunch of code stuff, which was very concerning to me. I reached out to Pendora support and they got back to me within 2 minutes and helped me through resolving this issue and reassuring me that they would work to fix it moving ahead. This is important as I run a business and do not have time for any mistakes, any flaws in the business set up. It needs to run very smoothly so my customers experience a smooth journey with us. Thank you team Pendora for helping me through this. Much appreciated!

the features are super, yes the company is big and all the setup takes time, would give 5 stars if i were able to manage it myself all, totally with support spended few days, but its worth actually 5 stars. on purpose left 1 star to rise ;-) was easy to install, would give it 6 stars if the "license keys" would be added to apple or google wallets, or multilanguage adjustments by frontent, not the developer lever. so far so good. recomendiing

Can't give 5 stars as I've only just started using the app, however, so far so good. I reached out to verify and test all was working as expected and Vijaya was very helpful, quick and polite and got this sorted out for me.

Set up with Mithun was easy and seamless. Just started using it so can't give an extensive review. As of now the app is free with only storage limits and seemingly unlimited bandwidth. However it's new, and they will be introducing pricing at some point in the future. Unclear what or when that will be.

I have got immediate help from the Support, Najmus helped me with the product and even removed the watermark to help me with the product check. Also I have sent a check file as to how it will look if someone orders the file. but on my gmail there was a pop up , where it says this message looks suspicious. If that is the case it will be tough for me to sell the products online and to create trust with the clients will be tough too.

Used Pandora digital download — smooth process, no issues. The setup was straightforward and everything worked as expected. Big shoutout to Gourav for being responsive and super helpful throughout.

I am new to tech, so I needed help to use the app. I am pleased to give Gourav an excellent review for his pleasant and fast help. I was definitely feeling stressed and he helped to alleviate that stress.

Very easy to download and get started, and Mithun was very kind and knowledgeable. There are a few customization options that aren't yet available, but I'm hoping to see them soon. Looking forward to seeing how beautifully this product works for my eBooks.

It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email. I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved: a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files. The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :) Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)
