Never gets dimensions correct for my jewelry. I love the program but the shopify integration isn't very helpful

When creating and personalizing photos, it works great. The only issue I’ve been having with PhotoRoom is when saving the edited image it often gives me an error. I end up having to redo all the changes I made before it finally saves.

I would give minus ten if I could. I read other reviews and I knew it is required to have MAX plan to export from Photoroom to Shopify. I have two stores so I bought two Max Spaces (yes, you need pay separately for each store). It stopped working on the first evening, when I didn't use even 10% of my credits. Support were useless, but at least they got back at first. Functioning got partially restored on the next day - and stopped working after generating 18 images (out of 1500 limit). I bought annual subscription, highly priced plans, I have no contact with support for over 24hrs, and the last time I heard from them was asking me to go into incognito - I've done this before and I told them about this! Don't get fooled - this app looks so tempting, but it does not work with Shopify if you need more than 20 images, perhaps it's OK for small store owners - but who would need automation in a small store? I have plenty screenshots to document and what I experienced feels like a scam simply. Edit. After using it for 3 weeks I give 2 stars - as it works well - from time to time. Support is poor - probably due to time zone differences, but other apps offer 24/7 contact. My Photoroom stopped seeing Shopify products last night. I used ctrl shift F5, ctrl shift R, I cleared cache and cookies, I logged out, I tried incognito mode and i tried different browser - nothing helps. It could be great app - but it's not yet/ We're sorry to hear about your experience. This isn't the experience we want for our users. Worthless! All it wants you to do is UPGRADE everytime you try to make a product design. I have skincare products and remembered I have used this before on their website and all it ever did was distort all of your product labels. Don't waste your time with this one. Thanks for the feedback. We've just launched a tool that fixes product image inaccuracies. We'd encourage you to give it another try.

It is extremely cumbersome to use, and there is no free trial, so I have no idea how capable it is!

Concernant la retouche des photos après publication : vous pouvez modifier votre annonce à tout moment pour remplacer ou améliorer vos images.

Sorry i can only give this 3 stars because of the price, if it was cheaper then deffo 5 stars, its a shame its just too expensive for me. It is a great add on but way over priced i'm afraid

I have been a long time user and just found you can integrate with Shopify so I decided to pay the yearly Pro instead of monthly after reading that all users have publishing to shopify. Well that is not true as I just opened a chat box on your site as to why I am limited to publishing and it told me ONLY MAX USERS ARE ABLE TO. Maybe fix the differences for each tier with clearer descriptions. If pro users are limited ADD THAT! If we able to publish then fix your chatbox and then check why I am only limited to under 10 photos.

The listing score feature is such a cool and incredibly useful tool that is great at catching the small things that you'd normally miss. Making those changes with just one click is incredibly efficient and easy.

I downloaded Photoroom based on a recommendation from a friend, and it has made my life so much easier! The integration is seamless, and the pictures are great.

I love this app. This app solved the problem of how I was going to use models for my images, but I couldn't afford the high cost of photoshoots and the models. I love how my products look on the models, as well as, on the backgrounds. Now with the SEO built in I am already seeing more traffic to my site. I can't wait to see what the new upgrades are going to be. Highly recommend this to everyone with a shop.

I'm a Photoroom Pro user. Installation works fine, but that's where the positives end. The backend shows a connector button even when already connected, a basic UI oversight. The workflow is unintuitive, and when you finally figure out how to save an edited image to a product, you hit a new paywall. Core functionality should not be gated without clear communication upfront. This app needs significant UX work before it's ready for daily merchant use. Uninstalled.

Photoroom was already a game-changer for our brand, and now this Shopify integration is the cherry on top. Very easy to use, hours saved on getting our pictures to look super professional, uploading them, managing variants, improving SEO (image name, alt text), everything is now automated and done in a few minutes for a ton of listings at once. Absolute must-have.

First of all, Photoroom is a worldwide leader in photo editing using AI. But this Shopify app they developped has been a game-changer for us ! We used to use Photoroom to do all our photo editing work, then download all the edited photos locally on our desktop, then open Shopify, then find the corresponding item page and finally upload the photos for this item in Shopify...Now with this app, once we connected our Shopify boutique to our Photoroom account, we automatically saw all our products and related photos in Photoroom. But most importantly, we can now edit the photos directly in Photoroom and the changes we made are automatically and immediately reflected in Shopify! This app is a MUST HAVE !

Just doesn't work. Keeps failing closing the app. Cleared cookies, reinstalled and it keeps failing. Just remove it from the Shopify App Store already.

Keeps charging me after cancelled subscription

Application beaucoup plus chère que la version web ou mobile. J'aurais aimé que cette version puisse intervenir directement sur les photos dans les pages produit plutôt que d'avoir à télécharger les visuels et les recharger sur les pages... Je vais désinstaller et préférer l'application mobile 10x moins chère et qui apporte le même service pour le coup.

Very nice app ! It is very hard to find a tool wich is able to remove background with this level of quality. You can also use very easily and do it so much faster !
