Podbase: Print on Demand

I’ve ordered two iPad cases and a magnetic wallet from Podbase for myself, and I’m very happy with the quality of all three products. It’s lovely to see my own photography on them! My shop has now received its first customer order for an iPad case, and I’m excited to see my designs reach customers. This review reflects my own experience with the products I’ve personally received.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Podbase. The products are truly top-notch, with an impressive level of quality and attention to detail. On top of that, the delivery is fast, which is always a huge plus. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer support. They are excellent - very quick to respond and genuinely dedicated to helping you out if you have any questions. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about making sure you are satisfied. Compared to other platforms the quality of the mockups need to improve. Also, pictures of all variations should integrate with shopify ideally. It would be cool to add other products non tech-accessories but trendy such as drinkware. I've discovered Podbase a long while ago before they were getting popular. At first, I didn't take them serious as there was not as much functionality as the competitors had. After a year or so I was looking for a new print on demand provider and rediscovered them, I tried them out and wished that I had tried them out sooner. Their product quality is very good, and the print quality is superb! The customer support is helpful most of the time, they are easy to reach and most importantly they do a very throughout quality control process during which each case is actually checked for defects before sending them out! Also, the customer service does quite a good job at explaining and answering questions. So far Saulius, the CEO has helped out and answered the most questions he seems like a very nice guy who cares about the company, everyone at Podbase should learn effective problem solving from him! Thank you! Podbase does provide nice packaging, they have fast shipping and overall are a promising trustworthy company! Hope they stay this way once they expand. (Recommendations: minor bug fixes, some rare loading issues, add coordinates indicating layer object size and x and y coordinates. Not all previews show actual phone model. If interested I can make a descriptive list.) I definitely recommend using their services! I've tried many different Print On Demand providers in my time and I'm so happy I finally found Podbase. It has seriously been a game changer for my business! My average fulfilment time has reduced substantially and customer's are blown away by the quality, as am I! Selection of phone models is incredible and cases for new models coming to market are released on time for the release date. Automated system is great and works flawlessly with my Shopify store. I was manually processing each order before so this has saved me hours of work every day and I can now focus on other areas of my business. I was worried customer's may be put off by the longer shipping time, as products are coming from Lithuania, but they don't seem to mind and my sales are the best they have ever been. I'm only able to process this many orders due to Podbase. Customer service is also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough!

We switched to Podbase, and we think you should too. In the first couple of months of our new business we where using another POD partner, but they where slow, customer support was automated, and just did not allow us to grow or provide features to our customers. When we switched to PODBASE, it was a huge relief, shipping times were quicker and cheaper, and the support we receive is phenomenal.
