This app is great but has a lot of issue from time to time and nobody ever get back to you. The app has stop working for 48 hours and there is no way of getting ahold of any one to help. I have to remove Update for clarity and transparency: • Our customer support team has been trying to contact you for more than two months through multiple channels. • The issue you mentioned was caused by the previous company that owned the app. All of those issues have already been resolved already. • After taking over the app, we offered you a Lifetime Free Access to Unlimited Plan with 100% uptime SLA and a dedicated technical support team available 24/7. • It seems you do not wish to accept any of these solutions or support options. We respect your decision and if you ever choose to return, we will gladly assist you right away and ensure everything works smoothly for you. Thank you 💙 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are truly sorry for the downtime and the delay in support. We understand how disruptive this was for your store. We have already taken steps to improve app stability and response times so this will not happen again. We would love the chance to personally help you get everything running smoothly and we are confident you will see the full value of the app. We hope to earn back your trust and a 5 star experience.
Works ok, only flaw so far is the app only show sales from a week or so ago, no matter what time frame you choose ie. we choose to show sales as far back as 365 days but it only retrieve the past weeks sales. In short if your sales are less than 7 for that particular week then the same sales will loop endlessly, which actual may have a counter effect and show just how slow your store actual is! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we truly appreciate it! The app should display sales for the full selected period, so it seems there may be a syncing issue. Our team will reach out shortly to help fix this and make sure everything works perfectly for you.
Atención al cliente muy buena. Tuve una serie de peticiones en cuanto al pop-up de ventas y me las desarrollaron expresamente sin problema. Rápidos y eficaces, muy recomendables. App muy útil para potenciar las ventas.

An awesome sales popup app with flexible widget appearance settings and multiple widget design layouts at an affordable cost. It integrates easily with Shopify themes via app embed extension We have selected this sales popup app after trying several Sale popup Shopify apps Their free plan works great! The app branding can be hidden on the free plan, unlike free plans of most other Sale popup Shopify apps Their customer service is fantastic. On our request, Oliver from customer support went out of the way to make adjustments to the widget appearance on our Shopify store. Oliver quickly implemented new features which we suggested. We really appreciate this and highly recommend this app to other merchants
