Amazing support team! Any time I've had an issue they are quick to respond and help me sort it out. They will go into your account and help you which is very helpful rather than receiving steps and figuring it out on your own. The discount charts work great with my product and site.
Brilliant customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with my issue and got it resolved quickly. Can't thank you enough.
This app does exactly what you need without being overly expensive. The service from the help team has been brilliant. We needed help changing the format of how the pricing displayed and they managed to replicate exactly what we were looking for quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely recommend using this app if you are looking for tiered pricing and look forward to using it long into the future.
We have been using this app for a few years and it works exactly as expected. Had an issue and the support team solved it in less than 24 hours.
Takes care of all of our needs and their prompt and accurate support they provide is the best!
We needed a combination of wholesale prizes and volume tiered prizes. So we gave "Wholesale Simplefied" and "PrizeBazi" a try. SolverCircle gave us excellent support and customizations. Great! We are 100% satisfied.
Great pricing app for bulk discounting and very helpful staff and developers if you need any customisations.
Great app and excellent support. Recommended for any Shopify store dealing with volume pricing it is a must.
Good customer service and prompt reply, highly recommended! Reviewing 5 stars. Easy setup and good using experience.
This app has been very kind to solve the problem. The best! Moreover, he responded very quickly. He kindly told me the corrections.
This is perfect app for your store! Customer service is great and very helpful. They will solve your problems on the best time that they can offer.
Great customer service, they answer quickly and help you installing and tweaking it to your needs. I recommend.
Excellent support and customer service. This is the first app that we found that gave us the flexibility we required. We were in the middle of updating our theme and ran into some app installation problems. SolverCircle immediately solved the problem and even developed new code for an added feature in our complex theme complete in less than 24 hours.
Found this app to be very user friendly, both in installation and ease of use. Integrated into my store with no issues and even had it customised to my request to add a feature by their very responsive and helpful support. A feature I quite liked was being able to have a Minimum Order Qty feature as well as the price break discount feature, which is very suited to my industry and website to function.
AMAZING AND RAPID CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were in the middle of switching themes while developing our website and ran into some app installation problems. SolverCircle immediately began working on the problem and had new code for our complex theme in less than a day. They also helped with grid sizing tweaks after the problem was solved. Incredible service and product for an affordable price. 11/10 would recommend.
This app set up so easy and logically and is working great! The process couldn't have been simpler! Thanks!
Our site could not run without this app! We offer bulk pricing on the majority of our items. It was very easy to set up and is very easy to modify if anything changes with the business. Their support is phenomenal!
Very easy to configure with lots of different options. The support team is really quick and efficient with helping out with any questions or issues. They also did some custom developing with the app for us that works perfectly.
The app solve all me quantity and discount trouble. Wonderful! The installation Team is very professional and nice. I know nothing about code. But they help me install it and tell me how to set. Thanks so much! So five stars! Actually i want to give 100 stars.
Great app for the quantity discount pricing we require for our products. Helpful support when a problem arose and was quickly fixed.
Great App! Very easy to install and set up different tiered pricing groups. The options are perfect for setting up different groups based on price or percentage. The support team has been GREAT! Very helpful, accommodating and quick to make adjustments.
We have reached out for support & received prompt, accurate assistance each time. Would recommend.
So far it is working well. Good technical support with prompt reply on adjustments. They can solve any problems you may have. It is worth trying the app.
This APP is perfect, but the best of all is support team. They solve your problems and help with customization when you need it. If you have a problem, they will help you for sure! Also the app has a lot of customization, that's why I chose it from among other options. 100%
I have been looking for an app that can combine discount code with the quantity discount for a very long time. There were few apps on the market that they claimed they can do the job but they weren't. I am very happy that I have finally found this app, there was a fee to modify the app to my needs but it worths the pay. Communication was good and this is very important when you need help. So don't waste your time using other app. 5 stars for the team of SolverCircle!
We tried half a dozen apps before we found one that actually provided the functionality we needed. And the team at Solver Circle have been fantastic to work with - customizing the app so it works and appears exactly as we prefer. Definitely recommended.
Absolutely Fantastic App with second to none customer service. I got this app to replace the Bold Quantity Break App as I was nhaving issues with it. This app solved all the problems I was facing and the customer service I received was second to none. The excellent support staff made customisation upon customisation for me so that I got the look and feel of the app just right on my store. It worked out of the box however there was many extra features they applied to my store just because I asked.. and they did it quickly. I now have hassle free bulk discounts 24/7. Check out the products that say "from $x.xx" to see it working on my store: https://aviddarts.com.au
App was easy to install and documented very well. I had a few questions that the support team was able to answer within 12 hours. I had trouble installing a discount code box on the cart page so I needed to grant them access to our site. They were able to figure out what was wrong and install the discount code successfully. The app is also priced very reasonably. See the app in action at https://www.DesktopSupplies.com
Great app to work around shopify's 1 dimensional pricing models. Easy install and easy to use. Thank you!
Great Support. Installation help the best.... they did it for me!
