Good luck trying to cancel! On chat asking many times, how to cancel and was given the run around. Simply uninstall and contact Shopify! So frustrating!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry it was frustrating. Cancelling should be quick and clear, and we want to make sure you leave with no open questions. Quizify subscriptions are billed through Shopify, so, as with other Shopify apps, uninstalling the app cancels the subscription and no further charges will be made. Our team also suggested switching to the Free plan first as an extra precaution, and we understand that the back-and-forth made a simple step feel complicated.
Quite useful for basic quizzes and conditional logic stuff. Support does try and help wherever possible
