Easy to set up and run

So far, so good. I am only a week into launch but the hand-off from my sales rep to my customer success rep was flawless. My seller got me up and running with the basics. My customer success rep reviewed tools and took me on tour. We shared ideas, agreed on recommendations, and scheduled our next meeting. Then she sent me a courteous to-do reminder list that we agreed needed to be done. No conversions yet but the traffic is increasing dramatically.

shopify integration seems to be great

products take quite some time to populate, more than normal. Works great, a heads up about that would have been nice tho

Catalog management is broken inside the Reddit Ads app, which makes the app essentially useless for running product-based ads. Shopify says the issue is something Reddit needs to fix. Reddit says it is something Shopify has to fix. When pressed, Reddit’s “solution” is to use a completely separate feed partner instead of fixing the issue inside their own Shopify app. That is not a reasonable solution for an app that is supposed to integrate with Shopify. Merchants should not have to pay for or manage another third-party feed tool just because the official app does not work properly. If the app cannot reliably manage the product catalog, it fails at one of its most important jobs. Very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend installing it until the catalog management issues are fixed and there is a clear support path for merchants.

Aree Kidman Direct Client Partner has been outstanding since initial call

Pretty simple set up and direct connection to Shopify Catalog. So far, Dynamic Catalog Ads are having a pretty high return. Overall easy to use with no problems so far.
