This App extension has been a life saver for me. Rithvik and the rest of the team have been a wealth of knowledge and are extremely accommodating when it comes to creating custom reports.

HIGHLY recommend! When most other support dept's fall short, don't know what they are doing, don't help and don't care, Report Pundit steps up and puts the rest of them to shame! They actually know their product! They help! They make adjustments to meet customer needs or know how to access what the customer needs. They are totally amazing! I wish only they did the support for S---fy!

This app is hands down the best for any operational needs & insight, not only is it packed with all kinds of reports but you can get one custom built to fit your needs. Akash helped me out when I had specific needs for my report that weren't readily available as pre-loaded options. They are fast to reply in the chat and don't leave until they've gotten you what you need!

While my most recent experience was very good, I received the help I needed in a timely manner. I commend the representative. However, I remain very skeptical of this app as most all previous inquiries have been difficult and time consuming, not to mention frustratingm, to get the help and results I needed. Prior to today's inquiry and after receiving a reply from Report Pundit, I was dropped from any further help for my fix. To this day, we have not received any follow up.
Report Pundit has a great product and their Customer Service is incredible. They have helped us create custom reports on the fly, with specific details and parameters. Highly suggested if you need detailed reporting from your Shopify store.
The app is great in providing much better reporting than what you get from native Shopify. What also stands out is the support that you receive from the customer service team. The team are friendly, helpful, professional and from my experience go beyond the normal level of support you tend to receive.
fantastic service, really expands reporting to a much higher level. Manuwel, Rithvik and Vandana and Dominic have all helped us get our reporting in place as we migrate from another system. With their help, our teams will be able to begin receiving their daily reports in the formats they prefer!

Extremely helpful app. The default reports are missing some obvious metrics but I requested them and they very quickly updated the reports to have them. Seems like it's a "build the plan as you fly it" kind of tool, but I was honestly impressed with the turnaround time

We have tried at least 3 reporting apps at this point, and Report Pundit is the only who who could customize our report with the metrics we needed for ordering. Their team is highly professional and communicative, keeping us updated as they worked on building out our custom report.
This is an economical and effective reporting app for Shopify. We couldn't use the reporting functions within Shopify to create restock reports that would work for our stores. The program is relatively intuitive and it was easy to create the report that I needed, however I did need some help to add a few fields. I reached out through the chat feature and the support staff quickly solved the problem. Thanks for this! Great service and a great app so far!
I have just done the free trial and had a demo from Guru, he was super helpful and helped me created several custom columns and charts. So far the app looks excellent.
Vijay from support has been fantastic to work with. We needed a specific custom report to reconcile our weekly Shopify payouts by item, quantity, fees, shipping, and discounts for invoicing, something Shopify's native reports can't do. Vijay walked us through building it step by step, was quick to respond, and made real-time adjustments as we tested it against our actual data. The app's custom report builder is powerful and flexible once you know what to ask for, and having someone knowledgeable to guide the setup made all the difference. Would recommend if you need reporting beyond what Shopify offers out of the box.
I requested a specific addition to the available reports and received this quickly and efficiently. The support and the reports are first rate.

We recently transitioned from WooCommerce to Shopify and are now working through the challenge of building all kinds of new reports. Our situation is more complicated than most because, during the transition, we consolidated two websites, including an existing Shopify site, and added a third line of business. Accurately sorting revenue and expenses among the different divisions has been a challenge. The Report Pundit team has been outstanding. Every person I've chatted with has been knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful. They've created numerous custom fields and reports to accommodate our specific needs and have been exceptionally cooperative throughout the process. Best of all, despite some pretty unusual requests, I have yet to hear "that can't be done" or simply "no." They consistently look for a way to make it work. Excellent product backed by exceptional customer support. Highly recommend.

Great add-on for my Shopify store. Initially couldn't find a report listing the specific data I was looking for. A few minutes in the chat, and a report was customized listed the information needed in and easy to digest format. Awesome support!!!
Love the flexibility to build any report that fits your business model. Live chat/CS is great to work with and willing to help you with any and all questions.
Very solid app. Quick chat response if you need help. Only limitation is when using it for inventory reports, it can be off or lag behind but overall is great.
