Ultra fast service from James! He did exactly what I asked. I have an old Shopify theme, so had to add the widget myself. I knew it would take me a while to figure it out but James did it straight away and it all looks perfect now. I'm excited to have my Etsy reviews showing on my website. Thanks so much!

I added Reputon Etsy Reviews because I just opened my own shop on Shopify. I'm trying to show new customers that I am a reputable seller...I'm also trying to bring my current Etsy Customers to my new shop as I have more selections here...Hopefully, this will help...Looks great to have these wonderful reviews from my Happy Customers!

2024- Setup was super easy and so far - no issues. Will see how it goes, and make some tweaks later on. Thank you! ETA: 2026 - I have been using the app for a couple years now, and I'm very happy with it. I did have some minor issues with product page reviews (totally user error) and James was quick to sort out the problem - again user error.

I wrote to support requesting to customize the size and shape of the widget, and everything was done very quickly and efficiently! The best support! Thank you very much! --- After updating my store's theme, I was having trouble displaying widgets. I contacted support, and Sam replied within a minute and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Super-fast support! Thank you very much!

I added the app to my website and needed some help with the custom colour and the size of the widget - I contacted the help desk and within 2 hours it was all done - James was amazing and this was on a Sunday evening too! Great app - updating every 24 hours to add my Etsy reviews direct to my website - I only wish I’d added it sooner! Great monthly price too! Get this app - you won’t be disappointed!
