Easy to set up and manage. Custom configuration is limited but adding .css works fine.

The customer service is amazing, caring, on point! The reason why I'm saying this is because I actually needed it quiiiite a few times, partly because I had custom requests, partly because they're were some bogs or I didn't understand some basic functions (the app could be a little more user-friendly). Overwall, I'm 85% satisfied, which is good!

The app works well. I wish there options to modify what your customers see when they are asked to write a review. I would like the option to modify the template (e.g. remove the request for pictures). Otherwise I am happy with the app.

Muy buena app, fácil uso y lo mejor, tiene versión gratuita. El único detalle fue que me costó un poco integrarla a mi tienda.

So far I really like it and the pricing structure seems reasonable. I also think I will get more out of it as time moves forward.

I enjoyed adding the widget to my website. It would have been great if Reputon had smaller plans for small scale business.

Having issues with it staying visible on my storefront. I got an email that i have a review but its just not showing up? Am i doing something wrong>
