Digital Downloads PDF Sellkite

I have been using this app for a year and they have CONSTANT issues. Same issue over and over again. People purchase my digital item and then email me asking why they haven't received any email! I have all my emails set to automatically send my digital products. Its been that way since I downloaded this app. When I go look in the app under the orders they show "email not sent" so I click the "send email button" and it says " cannot send". Everytime I contact them they are offline and I usually don't hear from them for 2 days. So brutal. This is an issue that has caused me SO MUCH headache!! I have to manually email the files and respond to all the customers myself. Because this is not the first time they clearly cannot fix it. I am now looking for another app to do the job. The app can't deliver the digital items at random....... not sure what I am paying for. *** Update-24 hours and still no response from them about this ongoing issue.

Sellkite is a simple and reliable app for selling digital products on Shopify. Easy to set up, smooth file delivery, and great support. Perfect for anyone selling ebooks or digital downloads.

I have really enjoyed using this app in my store! The delivery is great, and support is always super helpful and quick, especially when I have run into an issue that I cannot seem to solve (operator error). Highly recommend!

Very helpful. I am glad to work with this team!

I've been using this app to manage digital downloads and license delivery on my Shopify store, and it’s great!. It's straightforward to use and handles everything smoothly, from sending files to managing licenses. But what really impressed me is the support from the developer – whenever I've had a question or needed help, they've responed quickly and have been incredibly helpful. It's rare to find such great support these days.

Able to fulfill multiple digital SKUs in a single order and give clear distinction between which product each code is associated to. Great support if any questions need to be answered!

i needed some help setting up with my digital downloads. They are very responsive and helpful. So so so patient with the million questions I have asked. I hope they add more features for the DOWNLOADS & THANK YOU PAGES, as I find the format very boring =) I would also request that there would have provisions of a read only file and no print. I also hope the cost is lowered too. Anyhow, with the fast customer service response, I could say it is fair enough. Thank you. Thank you so much a great feedback 😊
