Shipfn: Hide shipping method

The developers have been very helpful in fixing the issues I had. A simple app that does exactly what is written on the tin. Helpful to manage shipping options at a very reasonable price.

I uninstalled the app, because it didn't function as needed. I cancelled payments, however they just charged me anyhow.
