ShoppingFeeder Google Shopping

I'm not terribly tech-savvy in this space; I had a running battle with minor disconnects between Shopify & Google causing a great deal of issues with my stock feeds. The team at ShoppingFeeder have been excellent, providing support & making minor corrections to my setup whenever it triggered errors, clearing the faults promptly & patiently. Recommend 100%. You would get a five star but you don’t help the new store owners out very much I understand we need help to get the store open but sometimes you have to somewhat trust people in your store and pray they don’t take you for every thing you got it should be monitor a lot better then it is. And instead of making the store owner go after the culprit that did this to the store if you don’t know how ask the store owner they might have a clue. Hi, thanks for the review. It sounds like this may be a Shopify issue you're experiencing. Perhaps you could contact Shopify support from your admin to ask them.

We're using this on www.conquestauto.com The Support these guys provide is phenomenal. I would give them 10 stars if possible. They actually discovered and error on my part that was getting some results not to display on google shopping. They reached out to me to ask if they could fix it. This was not even their problem, and they had no reason to do this. Just for good service. I highly recommend these Guys.

I tried to use this app, it was very difficult to use, so I removed this app, but this app still generates feed automatically, how to remove my user information, the merchant did not respond at all

I was having a nightmare with Google Product Feeds and my account got suspended a few times with Google Merchant Center. Easy to use and set up. The results in increased sales were almost immediate. Thank you for a great product.

This app has been a game changer for us. We launched and connected ShoppingFeeder which was super-easy. We then subscribed to the PriceCheck channel and sent our feed to PriceCheck. We also used the easy integration with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads and created our first Smart Shopping Ad right in the ShoppingFeeder interface. Within one day we had already generated our first few sales! This really surprised us and we weren't even ready for all the sales. Things we loved: 1. We didn't need any developer skills to get a valid XML feed. 2. Our was/now pricing was automatically included in the feed 3. Really easy Google Merchant Center and Ads integration 4. We could manipulate our product titles and descritions per channel based on Brand and Category 5. We loved that we could add all 10 of our stores to one premium account and not pay extra. 6. Hands-on support Things we'd like to see coming to the platform: 1. Would love to see multiple images supported in the feed 2. We'd love to be able to pay annually for the app for a small discount 3. The best xml feeder in the Store. I have many chepaer feeders but this is the only one that did the job. Amazing support that resolves any issues you might have. (I doubt that you will have any since the impelementation is seamless and super easy)

Great customer support. The app has been working great for us so far. We are excited that our feed can be used so dynamically (in our case for both goole shopping and for ShareASale). This is beyond just an app and is more of a full platform service.

I've tried other apps for creating a Google Shopping Feed as well as manually creating a feed. Google Shopping ShoppingFeeder is by far the best method I've found to manage my listings.

I have used this app to activate my google shopping ads, their integration was easy and required no intervention from my side. The team is always willing to assist and go extra miles to ensure the app is beneficial. Weekly reports assist us understand where the conversion are coming from. I highly recommend Shopping Feeder. I used the app to help produce a feed of my shopify products to send to google shopping. This ad had alot more flexibility in that you could change the description or anything else on the product ads. The team reached out and helped me get my ads working when they were not approved for months. I have a google management team working to help my ad words and they couldn't figure out how to get my ads approved, but this app and its team did it in days. Awesome

Sales support is amazing. James helped me every step of the way getting it all 100% set up. Having support from James made this integration very easy. The campaign set up was easy with all the support given. Once all of it was set up, its much easier to go forward by your self.

There's a little learning curve to using this app, especially for persons like me who are not so techy.. But the Support compensates that. It's just amazing! Support, support, support...non existent. Careful with this app if your feeds are important to your business. They are severely understaffed and support issues are resolved sporadically. There is a function that is broken in the app where ignore variants stopped working and also the product match when you ignore variants is also broken causing issues on your website because it cannot match back to a product: https://d.pr/i/rnxCWg. The developer doesn't seem to understand that there are two parts to the Facebook feed: the feed upload and the fields in the feed so that when someone visits your site a product match happens.

Good support and a lot of reasons to like it. Easy to make new feeds. Maybe the feeds could update a bit more often, but hey, its pretty quick!! Recommended!

Feed has worked through out which is great, but I had a an issue with my feed, and a few hundred products were not listing on google shopping, I sent a message late afternoon, within 3 hours it was all up and running again. great work team. Thanks Very much Guys

Great App. Setting up and connecting to Shopify worked very well. Greta support as well when connecting to different Platforms. The process of creating a feedback for our PriceCheck listing was literally just a few clicks. The dashboard provides great insights in the performance of different sales platforms and the reports provided make it easy to assess performance. The price is quite decent for what you get.
