We are using this B2B solution for our Shopify store, and it has been a big help for how we manage our B2B customers separately from our B2C users within the same store. The application supports multiple login methods for Customer Accounts, including Email & OTP and Email & Password, it is the only one of its kind that we could find too. It also allows integration with multiple Identity Providers (IDPs), enabling our B2B users to log in seamlessly using their corporate credentials within a unified login flow. The solution works smoothly with Shopify Plus and integrates seamlessly with Shopify’s native B2B features, making it a reliable and efficient choice for businesses managing both B2B and B2C operations on a single store. The staff has also been great to work with and have been quick to resolve the few minor issues we have had.

We encountered an issue due to Shopify’s recent cookie policy update, and their support team went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also built a custom feature we requested—something that wasn't even available natively in the app. Special mention to Girija and Shubhanshu for their incredible support. They were extremely professional, fast, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It's rare to find such a responsive and capable support team! We've implemented SSO through this app with our own endpoint and methods to get user data to log the user in to Shopify. I've been impressed by the configuration options this plugin provides, it covered all the points we required. Also miniOrange was very quick to reply to questions or provide solutions to issues.

We utilized AWS Cognito for implementing SSO. The setup was not particularly difficult, and we were able to implement it smoothly. Additionally, the support team was very courteous and responded quickly, which was extremely helpful.

The assistance we got during the evaluation and deployment stages was excellent. While we encountered a small problem over the weekend, Prashanth promptly resolved it on the same day. It's been under a week, and the app has been running smoothly since then. Overall, I'm really pleased with their service.

We used this application to authorize the connection of our employees on a shopify internal sales platform. The connection can be finely tuned and is very efficient. A big plus for the support provided for the configuration and debugging during the launch of our platform.

Absolutely fantastic. From the application itself, to the support team, it has been great the whole time. We had a pretty specific use case where we were creating an internal company "Swag" store. This allows our employees to navigate to this website to purchase shirts, hats, jackets, what ever it may be. As well, when hosting events, if additional tickets are available, we can put these tickets on our Shopify store to sell to our employees. And one more past that, if an employee is leaving the company but wants to purchase their equipment (laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard), it is so easy to put that on the website at a discounted price for this one employee only. BUT! Now heres the catch, we don't want the website public. We don't want anyone outside of the company to be able to even see the store. Internally we have very strict security compliance policies to enforce SAML/Single Sign-on rules for any application. This app gave us the integration we needed extremely easily, and quickly. We had some specific needs for group and profile attribute mapping, and the support team of MiniOrange was so quick to respond, and actually solve the problems. We had many other contracts in mind, SquareSpace, LandSend, but none of them came close to the price point of MiniOrange, nor the ease of use and customer service. 10/10 would never use another solution after working with MiniOrange with this app. Fantastic.
