Today was my first day setting up this service and as I'm attempting to product upload he actually reached out to me first without me writing in for help because he saw my account had an issue where product syncing and order syncing wasn't set up correctly in the midst of me creating my account! I started today with another sync service and ended up with the only one I will ever use again! First Reham literally took over and did eveything I needed. She even shared her screen with me so I could learn. They stayed with me so long when the shift changed happened Thea Kristel took over and didn't miss a beat! Got my Shopify sync'ed with both Etsy and TikTok in one chat session and worked on it while I was away from my laptop having leave for 1hr or more at a time. I'm over the moon happy with QuickSync and you will be too!!!! Give these 2 girls a raise!

First off ignore all reviews that aren’t 5 star these had to be impossible people. I am new to Quicksync and I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to get it but I am glad I did for Joseph alone. I am a new business owner so there are still things that I am learning. He made it super easy for me and didn’t make me feel dumb even offered to walk me through everything so make it even easier. Honestly the best customer service I have ever had with a system. Love knowing I can reach out to him in the future for help. The company did themselves a favor by hiring him.

We used this app to migrate a very large and complex product catalog from WooCommerce to Shopify for our project and it worked perfectly! What truly made the difference was the support: Omar, our assigned developer, was absolutely amazing. He guided us through the entire process, was super responsive, always available, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We had several technical challenges due to the amount of variants and specific product structures, and Omar made everything so much easier. He even helped us with more than one migration! After testing different options (and failing with CSVs), this app was a lifesaver. The migration was smooth, fast, and accurate. Highly recommend – and if you get to work with Omar, you’re in great hands.

Amazing support. My set up was a little complicated but Arianne was helpful throughout the process. It's worth setting it up for anyone that has multiple locations and stores. Take the manual labor and chance of human error out of the equation.
This is a great tool for integration between Shopify and Clover! We get have some struggles at first but Omar from Costume Success was EXTREMELY helpful, we barely had to lift a finger!
Joseph, as well as all of the other customer service agents always help, and they always make sure to see the problem through to the end. I do experience issues with quicksync every now and then, like products dropping out of sync, but to the credit of quicksync are the employees like Joseph who always quickly help and see the issue through to completion.
