I have had this app since COVID hit. I requested a special button labeled STORE PICKUP on my cart page to match the other buttons like CHECKOUT. I have a brick and mortor store and have added ecommerce shopify store. The developer of this app added it so fast I was amazed. Also amazingly fast response time to any correspondence. I really appreciate Constantine's super fast and helpful assistance with getting all to check out correctly

This app has helped my business in so many different ways providing a wide range of options regarding in store pickup with customisable times and dates, as well as adding local delivery options with also many different settings to adjust and fit my specific business model. The Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) app has been fantastic—very intuitive and easy to set up! Constantin was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. We offer local home delivery, and this app made it seamless to define specific postal codes for eligible delivery areas, which was exactly what we needed. We also use a different app for real-time shipping rates, and with Constantin’s guidance, we easily disabled that setting in this app to avoid any conflicts. We've been using this app for some time with no issues, and with five store locations offering in-store pickup, it's been a godsend. Recently, Constantin quickly fixed an issue where oversized parcel shipping was overriding the in-store pickup option. He handled it efficiently and without fuss — an absolute delight to work with. We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful. If we have encountered any problems with the app or difficulty in migrating it to updated Shopify or theme versions, Constantin's response times have been excellent and glitches have been resolved very quickly. A brilliant service & highly recommended.

The setup and setting options are very extensive and include everything we need. We had a technical problem after we had installed the plugin and used it for a few days, the technical support contacted us within a few hours and was able to solve the problem with us via chat.
Slow app, with many bugs. They have to add delivery range option, intead of putting 1 by1. Some time app takes more than5 minute, just to load.

We are processing millions of orders per month and all the features are listed in the app's description. If you require any specific option, please let us know and we would be more than happy to include it in future version releases.
We have had this app for many years but to my own fault despite it not having the ability to give us exactly what we needed it to, we just put up with it as we only needed it for Christmas time. With the business developing, we needed it ongoing throughout the year and I was dreading having to get a developer to create a website for us to include everything we needed. A friend suggested I contact the developer to see if we could get what we already have to work for us before taking this step. This was the best advice ever. I was so stressed, however from the very first reply from Constantin, we were able to discuss everything we needed and solutions were created for almost every problem we encountered. Now we have a customised website that suits our every need. The customer service was prompt and efficient. I will not hesitate to contact them again and look forward to the ease of website from now on. Thanks Constantin!

Absolutely must have app for merchants who have multiple pickup locations, but operate out of a central warehouse (which is not supported by the native local pickup features). The app looks both great & simple on the site, and being able to sort and manage pickup orders is a breeze through the use of tags and additional details. Throughout the process (which took a while given our migration), Constantine provided excellent support with his expertise and thoroughness, and he was kind enough to go back and forth with me on countless emails. He helped us to find solutions and great workarounds to our unique needs. Can't recommend the app enough for anyone in a similar situation!
This app has been a life-saver. All the features are very user-friendly and effective, complete with such an exceptional and highly knowledgeable support team. This app offers exactly what our website needs, however, we did have some adjustments to make, and their support team is absolutely incredible. They helped us to customise the app to what we needed. Update - I just upgraded to Shopify 2.0, I contacted the developer on Friday night and by Saturday morning he had already made the amendments requirement - fantastic support!!! 18/11/2023 ------------------------------------------------------ Fantastic app. Most important feature of this app I could not find elsewhere is the ability to exclude collections and / or products individually from collection. Really easy installation. App developer helped me with changing some formatting and customising. I messaged him at around 10am and he was straight on the case - all changes implemented by 10.30am. Seriously good customer service. Many thanks to the creator of this app!

This app is amazing. The customer service usually gets back to me right away or under 24 hours. You can’t ask for more than that. If there’s a function you might need. Don’t give up. Shoot them a message and they might make it happen. Love this app.
This has been a very useful app for our business. It provides customers flexibility whether they want to product shipped to their home/work or if they prefer to pick up in store. The orders have been clear so we have not had any mistakes attributed to the app. We do not use the delivery function so I cannot comment on that. Customer service has also been very helpful.
This app solved one of the biggest shopify problems: default shipping method is set from least to most expensive, and we have 8 stores which we provide free pick up for, so this option is always the default option because the value is $0. There is no way of manually ordering our own shipping on Shopify. This has been a recurring problem since 2013 apparently, but it is not high enough of a priority for Shopify to fix. After a long phone call with Shopify, the guru mentioned this app. It works by separating in store pick to a separate section in the cart, so if customers to not select store pick up, they will only see the standard rates. So far, this is exactly what I needed! Will test it out for the remainder 14 days trial, but I think this app is the solution to my problems. The developer, Constantin has been so nice and helpful too in helping install the app :) update - 2 years later still the best app ever :) Hats off to Constantin -update again, it's now 2023 and Constantin went above and beyond and helped fix a problem in another app! Something shopify support couldn't even figure out.

With 100% of our store operating as in-store pickup through orders on our site this app is perfect. It allows me to easily update pickup times on the fly if I have to leave, as well as planning ahead. When reaching out about making tweaks and adding different options to the site Constantin responded and helped me out within the hour! This app is a must have when offering store pickup through your site!

We only do "pick up in store" sales, and this app is perfect for this. The app is easy to install, easy to set up. Choosing dates and times is straight forward and functional. The customer service is fabulous. They are quick to reply and have offered to custom code and offer to make updates for me right in Shopify/the app. All the updates function precisely how I would like them to look. Each item I have requested has been resolved within a day and sometimes within an hour. Highly recommend.

We installed the app for a christmas dinner pick up and are very happy with it. The support is is one of the fastest we ever worked with (thank you Constantin!) and helped us with every issue we couldn't fix by ourselves. Really recommend a lot!
This app is exactly what we needed in order to build a complicated pickup structure! We use it to allow guests to order items to pickup at rotating event locations - this app allows us to add unique locations for each event location, blackout days on a location by location basis, and lets us require a custom field for pickup (event booking #). Developer was responsive and very helpful with my set up questions!

Great app and good price, very helpful in the chat as well, solved a lot of issues I was having, agreed to change their "Delivery" section of the app so that it will view delivery DAY on order page. Will upgrade to include their delivery app as well.
We use the app to allow customers to choose from a variety of pick-up locations including our store, at pop-ups, and special events. Works well and any adjustment needed has been addressed by customer service.
A really great store pick up app that has cool options the Shopify basic doesn't have (set times and days customers can book their pick up slot etc). Set up was fairly simple and anything I needed help with Constantin quickly fixed up for me, including some custom coding on our order slips. 10/10 would recommend and very happy.

Really Great App. Prior to using this we would constantly have customers place orders after a clearly communicated cut off time and receive complaints when they couldnt be filled. I had a request which was fulfilled within an hour or 2 of asking. More than i expected or could have asked for.

We've been using this app for over a year now on our site and it has been wonderful. Our customers have no trouble at all using it and it's nice to set some of the settings for how long a customer has to pick up their order. You can also set black out dates too which is nice if you have odd hours or take vacations. Best part is, is the quick response from the developer. We had our first issue today where it stopped working and instead kept telling customer to ship items instead of pick up. Within an hour of emailing the developer, they were able to find the problem and fix it. An employee had accidentally archived the In-Store Product (this is created automatically when you install the app). Very impressed with the quick communication and solution solving.
I have used this app for a long time. It really works great! We needed to be able to let customers know they could pick up their order. We also need more information such as who was picking up, what day and time. Since all our coffee and teas are made to order we needed an ability to allow for time between ordering and picking up. We also need a cut off time and a way for customer to not schedule a pick up on holidays when we were closed. We are very happy. If we have a question or needed help, we received a prompt reply with the help we needed. Thanks for a great app!
