SupportBot ‑ AI Support Chat

We set this up last week and it's already catching the usual questions. Shipping, returns, where's my order etc.... It only uses what's on our site, so it hasn't made anything up. If it's stuck it emails us. Honestly didn't expect much from another chat widget, but this one sticks to our products and policies. People can add stuff to the cart in the chat too. Signed-in customers get their real order status. Works great overall!
