Amazing and useful tool, the Support team is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, we had a situation where we were curious whether the app could do a specific task to resolve an issue Shopify was creating, the Support team advised that it didn't, but they would look into adding functionality to cover that scenario in the future. A few weeks later, the functionality had been added to the import template menu & it works perfectly. So while it's not something I expected from them, they were open to improving and developing their app to meet the customer's needs.
Sit back and tell the Sync Master team what you need, and they'll prepare it for you :=) We've tried various applications, some costing $1000 a month, but our company has hundreds of thousands of products and sells them, and we also translate them into different languages. That's where Sync Master came in; it's the only import and export application that meets all our needs. We did extensive research, spent days explaining our requirements to the team before purchasing, and it was exactly what we wanted. Therefore, if you are a professional who wants seamless and fast support, we at Dinossi definitely recommend this application.
Products Sync Master is simply the best product synchronization app on the market. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommended.
Sync-Master.com has made managing my Shopify store so much easier. The setup was quick, syncing is fast and reliable, and it keeps all my product data perfectly up to date. Their support team is also super helpful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting smooth, automated syncing!
Great app with lots of useful features! It saves a lot of time and makes product import very easy. The support team is friendly and quick to respond. I really like that the developers keep improving the app and adding new features all the time. Highly recommended!
I had a truly outstanding experience working with ProductSyncMaster! They handled the migration of my products seamlessly and, at the same time, integrated multilingual translations for my product pages — which was a huge bonus for my website. What impressed me the most was their incredible professionalism and tailored approach. For every complex question or challenge, they always found individual solutions beyond the standard options, showing deep understanding and flexibility. Communication with the team was an absolute pleasure — they were always available, responded promptly to all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was also very impressed by the speed and quality of their work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results and would like to express my sincere thanks to the whole team. I highly recommend ProductSyncMaster to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and truly professional support!
Klare Empfehlung!
We have been using this import app for over 18 months and it just keep getting better. It has allowed us to save money by removing monthly fees for product feeds and to do the task ourselves with just a few clicks and it works everytime. When we have needed support we got quick answers from the team with all question merely about our integration to new features. Over time we now both import and add pricing rules to each product collection and brand at the same time which means no need for multiple apps to control pricing which is another advantage of the app. This is a first class app which offers new features constantly and is reliable. Being able to parse the import with ICE CAT is helpful and a nice feature as is being able to add AI fields for descriptions for example.
Prompt and professional customer service. You don't have to ask them twice- our issues were solved the first time. They are reasonably priced, and their staff make sure they understand the issue and fix it in 24 hours during business days when we have contacted them. We do recommend this app.
I had some fairly complicated upload requirements and I made HEAVY use of their support. I'm glad to say, not only did they provide excellent support, but they REWROTE parts of the application to meet my unique needs (in fairness, others will benefit as well, but still...). Can't say enough good things about this team. They are literally the only app that I've found that could meet my specific needs.
Great Customer Service. App works well. Even using the FTP service.
App does exactly what it says it does & more! The customer support is fantastic! This has been a life saver for me. Thank you! :)
Top app and brilliant and fast service, we now use it in 3 e-commerce shops and it keeps all our products in sync with our suppliers, no need for other apps anymore. Team e-trend
This app is a must-have for me and my team! We imported tens of thousands of products in a very short period of time (hours, not weeks) with this app.
Great and simple app and support, if in future you will add xml. import will be great.
