The chat function doesn't work (Captcha error message), can't login to our account (password incorrect message despite it being correct), app will not appear on live site despite is showing in Preview, and there's no support to speak to about these issues. Wasted time. The app looked promising but apparently doesn't work. Maybe that's why there's only 4 reviews?

We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right.
I checked a bunch of other referral apps and this one is def the best. We've gotten a ton of new customers from it and it's easy to put on your website and customize so it's not too intrusive or annoying for the customer. Highly recommend.
Love how smooth Talkable Referrals runs. The coupon syncing is automatic, saves me so much time.
