Surprisingly, the customer support team was very helpful, fast, and efficient. On the other hand, my experience with TikTok customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for over a month to get an issue resolved, and I still don't have an answer. Most of the time, the live agents seem to copy and paste template responses without actually addressing the issue, which is very frustrating. Had trouble installing the Tiktok pixel because in Romania we dont have access to official tiktok app for some reason. Tried the classic copy-paste code in the website but the pixel was not working for some reason. Searched and found this app, it is a bit expensive but for me it is worth it. Also, the installation and the immediate support from the app was helpfull. Taking all into consideration, i recommend it 100%.

For the longest time, I was struggling to connect my Shopify pixel to TikTok Ads and unfortunately, doing it automatically wasn't an option, as our e-commerce is based outside of the supported countries.
