Finally found a app thats easy to use but most of all has amazing customer back up from Laura
Great app, Laura has been incredible helpful with any issues we’ve had and the problem has been resolved really quickly
We had an issue where an unwanted blank booking button appeared on our collection page. Taylor and the development team responded quickly and fixed the issue. I checked the page and confirmed that the unwanted button was gone. I really appreciate their helpful support and quick resolution. Thank you, Taylor and the team!

Laura was the best attendant I ever had in a support chat! Extremely quick to reply and ready to resolve the problem. I literally said in two phrases my problem and she resolved that to me (I took hours talking to chat gpt before talking to her). Lovely, thanks Laura. I am so happy now.

I've had great expereinces with Tipo Appointment and the team behind it. The feature set accomplishes far more than advertised and was the only app I found to meet our needs. Additionally, thjis app does receive regular updates so I appreciate that ongoing effort for improvements are made beyond simply keeping up with forced changes Shopify itself may require on the backend. When challenges do arise, I generally get a response within 24hours and sometimes faster depending on time of day. Their team is worth working with, so I encourage use of their suppot system instead of just getting mad and uninstalling it if something is not working as expected.
Absolutely five stars—no explanation needed. Laura and her team are always responsive and quickly resolve issues for someone like me who is not very tech-savvy.
The support is very comprehensive. It would be even better if each person could only reserve one slot per service!

I am very satisfied with this appointment booking app, as it has some benefits that other booking apps I've used don't have. I got excellent help from Laura when I had some technical difficulties, love that it's a real life person and not an AI bot!

It is great for the price. We make it work for what we need and the customer service is great. Issues are resolved really quickly.
Very quick to help with my problem, even communicating on the weekend (when they aren't available) and keeping me updated that they would work on it first thing Monday. Problem fixed, very happy!
I am very impressed with this app. It's perfect for my Christmas event bookings. It's customisable, works well and is easy for the customer to understand. I had a small issue but Laura was so helpful. I got a quick response and the developers actually made modifications for me overnight. If something doesn't work perfectly for you, ask for a bit of help and you will get it. Highly recommended. Thanks again Laura!

After installing this app, it didn't work right away, so I had Laura take a look at it. In the end, we found out that it was because it wasn't working well with other apps, and she helped me out.
