We run The Bean Coffee Company and San Diego Coffee's daily fulfillment through Veeqo and it's become the backbone of our shipping. It pulls our Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart orders into one queue, rate-shops every package across USPS/UPS/FedEx so we're always on the cheapest service, and prints the packing slip and label together. The API has been solid enough that we've been able to automate our whole box-and-carrier workflow on top of it, and support has been genuinely responsive whenever we've had questions. Highly recommend for any multi-channel store shipping real volume.

Connects and works flawlessly while providing shipping options that aren't normally available directly from Shopify. Easy to setup custom shipping packages and saves us money, what's there not to like. Easy to use and highly recommended!
We specifically use the order shipping aspects of Veeqo and not the inventory management side of things. Orders are all pulled in seamlessly from channels and it makes labelling them individually or in batches a breeze. Support is brilliant to be honest (much unlike their parent company), their AI assistant is genuinely decent and it's very easy to get through to humans if needed who are knowledgeable and helpful. Updates are a bit of a mystery, we were supposed to be updated to a newer version on a specific date with features that would majorly help our workflow, only for the update to 2.0 to be delayed and no word since for months. Aside from this, great experience.
Veeqo is free and has Amazon shipping rates. We replaced Shipstation and find Veeqo is superior. Customer support is great; they have real people who proactively and reactively support you (not just AI bots!). My account support manager, Giovanni, has been a fantastic resource and is available when needed for support and sharing new product features.

Good for fulfillment and inventory management, especially if you purchase the handheld scanner. Reporting is weak, (Needs work on Cost of goods and determining ordering requirements. 5 stars is you stick to fulfillment and inventory managment.

I've been very happy with Veego. It's one of the few platforms that combines shipping and inventory management in one place, which has really simplified our workflow. The onboarding team provided excellent support during the initial setup and made the transition smooth. We've now been using it for a couple of months, and everything has been running reliably. Inventory sync across platforms is a game changer. New features are being added all the time. Customised reports save so much time when it comes to taxes, easily find out COGs. Coming up a year since I've started using Veeqo and haven't looked back!
every bit of api between veeqo and shopify has been smooth and seamless for me. I am also importing my amazon and etsy orders to the platform without issues.

We have been using Veeqo for many months. We use it for shipping only, not inventory management. It has been very useful in compiling orders from different e-commerce platforms in one place (for us that means Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify and Walmart). The shipping process is easy enough. We have seen improvements in some of the processes, so it seems they are regularly working on making things even better. It fits our needs very well. We are satisfied for what we need it for.
Really changed the game for us as far as inventory and warehouse management goes. Super streamlined and easy to set up, everything works extremely well, and when things don't, support is very helpful. Great product I recommend it to everyone.

Been really enjoying the switch from Stamps.com to Veeqo for my Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify orders. I like that I can use USPS or my UPS account and also write a new order if I'm taking an order from a non e-commerce platform. I also really appreciate the protection I'm given for my Amazon orders!
We love the ease of shipping. You have so many choices of rates, and shipping companies. It is also very convenient to have the delivery date next to each option. The credits back on each shipments are a wonderful addition!
We use VEEQO not only for shipping, but for inventory management. We switched from using a $1000+ per month software (Extensiv) to VEEQO and we are able to do everything we actually need, it works BETTER than the previous software, AND IT'S FREE! We've also been able to save money on our shipments because we get the same UPS rates we get within amazon to ship items from our other channels. We're super happy with VEEQO. 10/10.
We switched to Veeqo from another vendor when they started to have monthly surcharges, Veeqo is much easier to use with some advanced functionality like putting the SKU onto the label itself! Saving money and time and no hassles!!

Using it more, but slowly, constantly amazed by what it can do. Nervous about reports of bad customer service and lack of protection, but to be fair, we haven't needed to use either yet, so far so great, 5 stars but Fingers Crossed !
Works flawless in my store. The prices for shipping labels you get here are great. I love that orders inside my store get automatically updated after I purchase a label. I haven't noticed any issues with that. I'm very happy with this app and I definitely recommend giving it a shot.
Negative reviews regarding initial bugs should be removed. I haven't noticed a single issue on my end as of 2024. Veeqo is literally the best shipping service I have found and I have tried them all. You get shipping credits for each shipment which takes a huge percentage away from your shipping costs. You can easily manipulate what packages you use/shipping services for Amazon orders as well as shopify. Like I said, I have tried all of the shipping services and this is by far the best. I had a question early on and got an email back within the hour and the customer support staff was extremely helpful. The issue was even sent to a different rep and I still was contacted right away instead of being lost in the customer services roundabout. 10/10 can't recommend Veeqo enough
We have shipped for years using the various shipping platforms and we have also used various inventory and multichannel solutions for years. So we know what works and what doesn't. That being said, we have so far found Veeqo to be everything they say it is. There as always some aspects of apps or software that some like and some don't, but we are pleased with Veeqo as of today. I would like a bit more flexibility on setting up the format of my invoices and packing slips, but that isn't a deal breaker for us by any means. As to inventory sync across the various channels, easy! And it works. Best of all, the price ... it blows the competition away price wise!

Veeqo is the solution I've been searching for for years. Every multi-channel aggregator I looked at was either outrageously expensive or cumbersome (or both). Veeqo solves my inventory sync issues, and its integration with Amazon Buy Shipping gives me all the convenience and seller protections I had on Amazon Seller Central. There's a learning curve to any such software due to the complex nature of multi-channel aggregation, so be prepaid to study their support articles. But Veeqo is as understandable as anything I've looked at, and their support agents are refreshingly knowledgeable and responsive (Amazon, pay attention). Veeqo continues to improve, and they frequently add functionality based on user feedback. My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic rates from the major carriers. Veeqo is simply the best.

Great app with really good potential, some bugs being ironed out but in terms of stock control between sites it really cannot be beaten and I have tried a few. In addition its free of charge and perfect for small business that don't have the budgets for enterprise level stock management tools. Worth the time investment to get setup and working I have moved to this for all my order. Great stuff!
Amazing platform that's made concentrating on growth easy. The team are very helpful and they have a chat function where you generally get a response within 2-5 min. The platform continuously has improvements made to it, and is suitable for companies of all sizes

fitnesshealth.co has been using the Veeqo shopify plugin for the last 4 months. The main reason for us joining Veeqo last year was to solve our problem with the royal mail shipping labels. Because we sell on Amazon, Ebay and Shopify we had a range of different shipping labels from each platform, and we wanted to ingrate these systems together. Using the Veeqo system we achieved we a much more professional finish to our product. The shipping label has a 2d barcode with all the address essential information. We have removed our old paper invoicing and replaced it with electronic, with the shipping labels supplied from the royal mail and printed through a thermal we have reduced our printing charges by 80%. Veeqo is a great system that is going to help our business in a number of ways’; inventory management is also another key system that we have in operation. As we have over 500 products SKU’s is essential to have an operating system that is tracking the progress of sales per item, and helps a great deal when we need to look in detail into the product history. Setting up Veeqo was quite simple as the Veeqo team are very helpful and quick to sort out problems. I would recommended Veeqo all online businesses as the data you receive and service is top class. Veeqo does a good job of managing order fulfilment across eBay, Shopify and Amazon. Customer service is helpful and responsive.
We have had a great experience integrating Veeqo with our Shopify store. The integration with our warehouse is seamless, and we are able to track multiple channels pretty simply. The customer service is very good, I never have any issues getting in touch with questions. It would be great to see some improvement in the reporting capabilities, more flexible data retrieval and more user friendly interfaces would definitely make our lives easier.
Outstanding service from these guys, always at the end of the phone or chat. Transformational for our business. With a huge range of SKU's and kits we needed to find a solution that could be versatile. We use Veeqo to connect our shopify PLUS store plus other marketplaces into a complex network of couriers - depending on ITS weight & where our product is being dispatched to around the world. Veeqo's inventory management keeps all stock control updated & allows for complex reporting on sales performance, product stock levels and integrates seamlessly into courier accounts. Overall adding Veeqo to our e commerce offering has increased our teams productivity by 30%. One point to note, it's worth working hard to ensure every part even spare non-saleable items are in Veeqo so that it is an exact accurate reflection of the warehouse operation. It can only be as good as the data you ensure is in & kept up-to-date - you get out what you put in if that makes sense!
Veeqo is Absolutely Amazing! We have 3 Shopify stores, 5 Amazon stores, an international Ebay store, and an Etsy store. After 4 years in a 3PL using Orderwise we moved our business into our own warehouse and took fulfillment in house. In addition we now have 7 integrated couriers and ship all around the world. The Veeqo product works to allow us to ship multiple consignments with speed and accuracy with the most economical courier. We also run retail and trade warehouses, use the purchase order system and our accuracy in inventory management has improved 10 fold. The team are hugely knowledgeable and support has been excellent. Almost two years later, our business turnover has now grown by 25% to almost 4 million which would not have been possible without Veeqo. Particular thanks to Ben, Darren, Roxy, Mohammed and the team - always super fast and responsive!! I have already recommended the Veeqo product to other online retailers and will continue to!

We have two brick and mortar stores and an online shop. This has really allowed us to properly maintain our inventory across all channels to prevent frustrating backorders. Also, the customer service is second to none. Everyone is very willing to help via email, chat, or to jump on a call. The support has been amazing.
Been using Veeqo for a few moths now. The switch from my previous software was almost seamless. After getting used tot he new layout it is really simple to use. The app is great for order picking when not packing in the same place. Also great to look at things on the go and not at the PC. any issues have been dealt with quickly and everyone is really helpful. Would reccommned
I use this app to help me update stock figures. The dashboard is great at giving you a snapshot of the day. I personally think it could be better at historical reports but overall it has been a very useful app for my business

In the time we have been with Veeqo - our business has gone from strength to strength. Its a real partnership! The support team, especially Vera and Marc, have been great. Sometimes a little buggy and some new features could be rolled out faster, but on the whole a great and reliable product that should get even better over time.
We've been using Veeqo for over 3 years, pretty much since it's inception. It's the only software that integrates with Royal Mail online, which allows you the 20% VAT claim on volumetric discount - huge plus for any UK based e-commerce businesses. We are now using it for all our stock and inventory MGT too, and it's proving to be pretty seamless. Fingers crossed they roll out multiple currency variants for w/s orders and pricing for each SKU soon! Support is also good - would recommend.

We tried few products before we decided to use Veeqo and that was the best decision we made. You no only getting great product but also the best customer service you can ask for. Veeqo is by far the best product for those who like us selling on more then one markets. Good looking layout and easy navigation making you day easier. Extremely effective inventory management system! Ticked all the boxes and integrated seamlessly with our Shopify website and eBay store. Their customer service team are always welcoming and their technical team were able to set everything up for us efficiently so we had do downtime. Veeqo are innovators and looking towards the future with extra functions being added all the time. I would thoroughly recommend them.
Unquestionable 5 stars. Genuinely pleased. As a single channel shopify eCommerce store, Veeqo is a really super cloud platform for a growing business struggling with the limitations of shopifys order management. They have a hugely dedicated support team which you can actually talk to on the phone included with every package they offer, this is a massive bonus for solving ops headaches quickly and easily. Few other shopify app order management solutions offered this level of support for such a low price. The Facebook app style bubble chat function is so cool too. Entering cost price data allows for stock valuation figures which helps for planning p&l and cash flows. Allow up to 4 weeks for transferring over from shopify on 20 orders a day, with 1 week for interface learning. The simplicity of the platform is just fantastic because there is a no nonsense feeling of operating it. The few setbacks are likely unique to us because we are our own brand selling our own custom made products. This means the lack of customisations for reports and functionality may develop into pain points further down the line (we are growing at circa 275% p/a), but we can see this platform allowing seamless operations for a good 12-18 months. It should solve almost everything until then and is thus difficult to criticise! Team Beaufort & Blake
Veeqo has been a life saver for us. We searched everywhere for an system which would integrate with all of our platforms - Veeqo was the only one which was able to integrate with everything we needed, including Shopify. We can easily manage our stock for multiple platforms all in one place now so with the amount of products and variants we have it has enabled us to list more on other platforms such as Amazon without having to worry about keeping on top of the stock levels across them all. It saves us an average of 2 hours a day on our old shipping process by putting everything into one place and having a quick and easy one click bulk shipment which also effortlessly creates all of our shipping labels and customer invoices. We recently started using another feature of veeqo enabling us to see our profit margins on each product from cost price and also manage how much stock we actually sit on. This has been particularly useful for us as a business. The support is also excellent and the team behind veeqo are always hands on any problems or questions we have. If you are looking to save yourself hours in the day and smooth out your current shipping process or stock management - you definitely need Veeqo.

Simple, intuitive app that was really helped us mange our stock levels and control our inventory. Other inventory apps looked too complicated but Veeqo is very easy to use. The customer service from the team is great and they are good at taking on feedback and implementing new features. Great app.

This is perfect if you sell in more than one place, i.e. Amazon, website, ebay. It means all of our orders are pulled together in one place making it easy to see at a glance what is happening and allows dispatch from one system rather than several. Excellent.
We love using it, as it makes it a lot easier to manage all our orders with orders tags and filters them by status. We make use it to manage all our suppliers and creating purchase orders. Best bit is integration with Royal Mail, so when we click "Ship" it prints out the Royal Mail shipping label with the customer address on it and tracking numbers get recorded with the order.
