Fast and easy. Good for simple automation and cart recovery. I was looking for a way to mass communicate to my audience without losing the personal touch and Whapi was a simple and great way to do that! Their support is very helpful and I was surprised when they implemented fixes to my issues. Definitely recommend for small businesses to use.

This application has become one of the most impactful tools in improving our operations at Zietoon. Once a customer places an order, the app automatically sends a confirmation message allowing the customer to either confirm or cancel. This feature has significantly reduced manual follow-ups and saved us a tremendous amount of time. The system also automatically tags confirmed orders and cancels orders if the customer fails to respond within the set timeframe, which has greatly minimized fake or unconfirmed orders. Confirm bot is a great app working very fast and smooth for me I have used many others but failed but this app is great

works fine and very smooth, would just suggest you add english with store name ( and both languages at the same time too ); and would love to see you allowing a whatsapp business API link to allow integration with the business phone number.
