This was almost exactly what I needed, except nothing worked. Did a few tests, but nothing. Wish it worked.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. It shouldn't have happened. Could you please write us (support@zohosurvey.com) your survey account email address and issue you faced during the evaluation of Zoho survey app so that we can sort out the issue?
can't send the survey by the customer list, contact their support without any reply. till now still haven't replied my email,

Hi, Sorry to hear this. We have already replied to your email. Reply was sent your store registered email address. After some Shopify update customer build actions (Send survey) is not showing. This has to be fixed by Shopify team. We have already contacted and reported the issue. We will update you once we get reply from Shopify support.
