Really excited to launch Rep AI onto our store next week! The testing has been impressive and the bot is already answering 80% of the questions better than I could have just by scanning and learning from the site. ChannelSale has been very supportive and responsive to extending our business to new channels (Etsy and Wayfair so far). Its simplified logistics to have all of the orders populating in Shopify. We have calls each week to make sure things are going smoothly, and they are quick to respond to any issues. They are eager to offer ideas and extend their services to more marketplaces which I will begin doing soon.

Awesome landing page builder. Very intuitive and easy to get going with, even for a non-technical person like me. I absolutely love the ability to quickly and easily change things on my own instead of trying to communicate changes I want to someone else. And when I have issues, they get back in touch quickly and get it resolved. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Was able to set up to look exactly how I wanted. Worked well with cart drawer, which other similar ones did not. Also, the volume discount + discount code option works quite well. Only issue is that the prices shown on the product page do not update real time to match the quantity in the cart. Other discount apps I've used do this seamlessly. The discounts only show up in the cart, once the products are added. They said if enough people request the feature they would add it, so please add your vote for this feature as well!
