Roxanne ROCKS!!! She was quick and efficient in finding my issue and even explained everything. My issue was resolved promptly and quickly. I thought I'd have to wait 24 hours...nope, it 4 minutes and she was on the case!!
it is fast that the asstance came, but they change too often, then when the new person comes, it takes a long time while that person reads the history and start making questions about the problem. So it is a very good help, but it takes very long to solve the problem we are having because they change the person that assist and sometimes go back over things there are already fixed or understook. Any way very good, Thank you very much

I am very satisfied with the customer service that they provide! Although I had to pay 20$ to restore the page that I deleted by mistake, their service was well worth it! GemPages has helped me create websites with ease, and I highly recommend them to all the website builders out there. So far, so good. I find that the "Dark" theme is hard on my eyes and I wish I could change it. It's a learning curve at the moment, so still lots to learn and figure out.

I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals
The only way for us to feel like we had design and aesthetic control over our site is with gempages. Their support staff is great, too! We have had no complaints!
I've been using GemPages for a while now and it's been smooth sailing. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, customizable, and gives me full control over my page designs. Definitely recommended for any Shopify merchant! My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a bulk update feature so changes made on one page can automatically apply to duplicate or similar pages. Great app! Really satisfied with how my store looks so far.
